For the .28,.29, and .30 servers you have to do this:
Go to CMD* and type netstat -n . Then after pressing Enter it should look like this:

Don't worry about the Proto and Local Address, just ignore those two. Look at the foreign Address and State, those two are main. Under foreign address look for 121.128.133.##:15779. The ## = .28 , .29 or .30 server. Most of the times you will have two of these 121.128.133.##:15779. To see which one of the two you are on look right, Under state of your server, if it says CLOSE_WAIT or TIME_WAIT you are NOT on that one. If it says Established you are on that server. Try to get .30, I usually get .30 in about 3-4 tries. And every time you restart sro you have to reset the netstat -n thing. Just type it again and press enter or short cut just press up and enter.
*CMD = How to start up CMD: Go to Run.. and type cmd.
## = SRO Servers, like .28, .29, and .30.
Hope it Helped.
