If your looking for fun go for warlock / cleric and it's pretty strong in pvp. 1h / cleric is just so damn boring to grind. Warlock grinds so much faster.

I kind of have the same question so im borrowing this thread to ask(sorry...)

Now im talking about both PvP,PvE and jobbing

Well from what ive read :
Warrior/Warlock = PvP ownage, kind of boring to grind and the "tank" in party grinding., and very good in jobbing.
Warlock/Cleric = k in PvP, but not the best. Very fun to grind and the buffer/debuffer in party grinding, and can grind quite good solo, and very good in jobbing.
Now i havent really looked into it 110% so if im mistaken just leave a comment.

In party grinding your in the middle of the action tanking which is awesome too. Warlock/Cleric: Is the nightmare of chinese chars, good against some euro builds. It is very fun and fast to grind even solo as you get a full zerk every 2-3 minutes. In parties you are wanted because you can debuff mobs making them weak as shit, also when you get AoE Dots you dot everything in sight  Both are really cool builds it's a hard decision
