When you look at a skill there a damage next to the percent.

For example Soul cut Blade lvl 1 of the Bicheon class.

it says phy. atk. pwr. 31-37(113%)

is this damage (31-37) added on to your normal physical damage that you get from your sword?

sorry if its hard to understand =p

the higher the % is, the higher your damage will be. And yes I think you are right. ;)
Also, I've heard that skill with a lower percentage cast faster, I'm not sure about this so if someone can prove me wrong/right that would be great :D

@BloodyBlade
Before the euro update lower % skills were faster, but now it has nothing to do with attack speed unfortunately. I guess some guys started baww'ing about how daredevil would take like 10 seconds to cast, and JM removed it. :(

So it only counts for china? Or doesn't it count for both races? :p

Percents in skill description have nothing to do with amount of time thats required to do a skill.
Logically, the stronger skill (higher %) needs more time to execute, so they keep the balance.

The percent means how much the skill is stronger than normal attack (double click).
Meaning - If you hit with normal double-click attack 1500, and you use a skill (400%), you will hit for 6000.

i wouldnt exactly say they take more time to cast but lower % skills usually hit more than once.

both numbers affect the damage, the percentage more than the absolute number tho.
I actually think the number does a + to the damage
whilst the % makes a *, so 300% is *3
