SOSun items are very rare...and the % chance of dropping one from a monster is really really low. I heard Joymax created POP to fix the problem of people selling rare items on e-bay. Thats why POP items are account bound.

My question is if this is tru, then do you think that the chance of dropping a SOSun item has gotten even lower? With the chance of finding a Sun at the cap nearly impossible? And the only way (wanted by Joymax) to have a good chance at getting SOSuns is at the POP stand? Or do you think everything is the same with just POP added?

I ask because I rarely see an SOSun weapon/gear 10D that ins't POP

I think the dropping rate of sun stayed the same. On Xian I already heard a lot of people that had a sun drop.
