i tried to use the search function but i couldnt find this. whats the formula of immunity from abnormal status considering the fire shield and the resistances of the accessories?

IT's simple. If the immunity to something adds up to a number above 100, you can't get that status. If it's below 100, only its duration gets reduced, not its probability of success.
idk what exactly you mean with formula. The number of resistance given by fire shield is a percentage, as an example: if fire shield gives u 23 immunity, its 23% for any of the "normal" statusses (burn, shock, freeze, poison, zombie). The immunity percentages on the accessorrys are added to the one from fire shield.
Lets say u got maxed fire shield, which gives 79% (?), got 10% burn resist on one ring, 20% burn resist on the other ring, and 20% shock resist on ur necklace, then u are COMPLETLY immune against burn status, and NEARLY immune against shock (99%).
I hope i helped a bit, even though i think i told something u didnt want to know lol

is Time reduction % as stated on blues, if a status last 1min and u have fire shield +20% from accessory, reduce that time by 98%. is Not probability of resistant like holy spell but it reduces time burn/freeze ect. stays on. this is why with new stones that will resiste combustion/fear ect. 78% fire shield+ 2x (40%) stones does not = immunity...= 40% chance u will get the debuff...get 4 stones (80%) probability resistant =immunity since warlocks have a 80% probability of status working.

Status_effect * (accessories_protection_procent)/100 - fire_shield_protection = final effect
If it's negative ur imune, if it's pozitive then u should work on ur accessories.
ex: Ice effect on lvl 80(imbue): 178 You have 20% and 5% rezistance on acc that makes 25% and fire shield emperor effect is 78.
You will get this status: 178 *25 / 100 - 78= - 34 < 0 which makes u imune to that
i've thought it was like this for kinda long time, yet today i found out its wrong.. its like SilentShade said.
His formula seems right aswell, but after thinking about it, i noticed its wrong. The only thing u have to do in order to find out if u are immune is to count the % on ur accessorrys and add them to the effect reduce of fire shield, seeing it as a percentage aswell, if outcome >= 100 u are totally immune:
Why the formula is not correct: With the given example u got a total of 103% immunity (25+78), which makes u COMPLETLY immune against any lvl of the status, doesnt matter if the status effect is 178 or 1780000000. Now insert both numbers in the formula and u will see that its not correct, cause it will show u that u arent immune against an effect of 1780000000, which is wrong.

ye i will change my build a bit cold 100 -> 89 fire 0 -> 11 maybe
I'd rather take lighting [ I guess you are INT Hybrid light cold fire weap ] to 99 and Ice to 90. The physical defense and ice shield you get is way better than this 1 % mag increase and sp waste.

if 8 str points are making a hybrid then i am >.> bich light cold
oh lol. Well I still would take the 100 99 90 11 build, even better for you since your phy defense isnt that great either. [ I assume this all, correct me if im wrong ]

1780000000 *25 / 100 - 78 = 445000000 - 78 = ... > 0 .. that doesn't look to me like the same result.
Fire shield doesn't add a procent like jewelery protection. It only cover any 78 or smaller efect remained.

Maxed fire shield gives you a 78% reduction. It's not meant to be like that, but it happens to be that way lol. As stated before, you only need 22% total reduction for each status on your accessory. (Being it 3x 5 and 1 10%, or 1 20% and 1 3%...as long as it's 22% or higher added up)

exactly, and that fact makes the formula incorrect.
