Hey guys,
can someone give me some pros and cons about the builds glavie and bow.

If there are some good movies about them please post them because i can't find a really good one on youtube. Any good builds for each build would be nice? And i like to see high level screenies about glavie and bow because I want to see which one looks best at higher level.

bow:

pros:
- fastest chinese lvler
- relatively high damage per second due to critical increase, high multipliers [%] and fast hits
- RANGE:
monsters normally dont reach you--> no damage
dont have to run to monsters to deal damage (though every class has its range attack, bows attacks all hit high except for arrow combo)


contras:
- least survivability of all chinese classes, due to lack of block or additional defence from shield or additional hp like heuksal



Heuksal:

pros:
- high damage dealer
- high hp--> less likely to die than a bower after recieving damage
- least sp needed for heuksal weapon tree (witout the optional stuff)

contras:
- still lacks the defence and block of a blader
- use loads of pots because of lack of block and attacks consuming alot of mp

I think about making a glavier because I just like them.
What about a good build for heuksel?

And is it not better with force or something? If i dont take force i think of making a Heuk100/fire100/ice100.

I can buy the speed scrolls at later levels I guess. Is it a good build?

the 100 fire/heuksal/ice definitely has its advantage and disadvantage

+it lacks the speed and the little additional magical damage
+of a 100 heuksal/fire 80 light 20 ice

-but it has alot more phys defence
-and you can still be ice immune with fire shield

the speed can be regained with the speed scrolls as you said, having a bard in the party or just simply grinding at a spot with high spawn rate

all in all it is a good 1 vs 1 build




force is an even more powerful 1 vs 1 build than the fire/ice version, since the debuffs grant you higher attack and make the opponent deal less damage on you.
Definitely a killer.

however
most people will have holy word cast on themselves rendering your debuffs useless.
so it will be only half a build most of the time

Okey, thanks for info. I dont take force then because when someone have holy word its like playing with a handicap. About the build 100heuk/100fire/100ice, i think its a good build and the lack of speed i cant deal with that with just buying speed drugs. But i was thinkig what do you guys think of 100heuk/100light/100ice? The damage from the imbue doenst change to much because you are pure STR and you got alot of def and you got the speed so what about that build?

hm, there will be a slight difference in the damage anyway:
- you will be missing out on the strongest imbue
- you will be missing the phys. attack buff

and your defence will be out of balance and more to the physical defence side with ice
- you will be lacking mag. defence and have high phys. defence instead

and you wil be missing immunity without fire shield

in my opinion you should take the build only as a hybrid lower than 2:1 str.
meaning its most effective for int based builds since they need the phys. defence and high snow shield and mag. attack boost.
