I like the last version the best. It seems to look more "flowy".

v3 looks much better, first version looked like a work in progress imo. Keep it up!

I feel like I'm just cramming the text in when I put reg text.

Who ever wins vert tags should make next week about text (I think it's called typography) :) I was going to do that if I ever won but I don't think that's gonna happen any time soon. I also suck at text....

lul, we've been on the same brain waves these last few days.. Ok, ok! Let me try to guess what you had for lunch....a chicken salad sandwich and chips?! No, wait that's what I had for lunch. :(

...before I forget. It looks like you over topazed or it could be just be your saturation. Either way you've gone overboard with one of them and it's brought the hair to a state of helmet like.

Yeah, I was pretty sure it was over topazing. It's over saturated too but it doesn't show through in the b/w. So I'd the B/W is probably the better out of the two. GJ.

I tried desaturating it with Sponge Tool, but doesn't have the feel I want it to have.

Thanks for the tip though. :]

It is a gem but what me and kraq were referring to was Topaz Vivacity.

It's photoshop plug-in but it's a pretty whored, nooby plug-in. You have fun with it for a while but then realize how retarded/mediocre the effects are when used in sigs and stuff.

Yeah lol, when I use it, I feel like it's not even my work anymore D:

But it's nice to smoothen things up.

Hah. Thanks for clarifying that for me.

Edit: Don't you hate when you look back on your post and what you wrote looks retarded "I a topaz" wtf.

Indeed, I like to see sweat and muscle! Not something painted in topaz. Many people (over)use that thing without realizing it's killing their tags. I use topaz only in special cases when the stock I'm using is lq or something.
