Im sorry to say this but imo you are capable of much better. Something in her hair bothers me a lot. And the effect next to her seems little.... I dunno a word for it but it is disturbing.

I like B&W more though.

And on her hair is the on the top right of her hair or that glowy thing on her bangs that is bothering you?
