If the distance between the sun and the earth's surface it's an approximate of 93,000,000 miles long, how many times will you have to fold a piece of paper in half to make the height of the paper reach from the earth to the sun?
The paper it's .004 in thick.

An 8x11.5 inch paper can only fold so many times. This is one of those questions I could call a "fantasy question"

It's actually .004 inches thick., By a ream of 500 sheets it's 2 inches thick. So that will make one sheet .004 inches thick.

All they teach me here is calculator skills. I don't understand any maths but I understand a calculator. I would make those inches into miles, then I would make it into a formula that multiplies by 2 every time (every time you fold the paper it gets twice as thick) and then I enter the formula into my table function, make it start with y= 93,000,000 and it gives me the x as well.
I'm guessing you have a calculator that does the same thing, so the challenge I left for you is making that really hard formula.
But before the mathsquad gets here I need to cover up a bit in case I'm wrong, I chose retard maths so that some times leads to retard solutions.

Im not using a calculator, also, it is forbidden to use any kind of calculator when i give some lesson to some of my friends friends *evil smile* You can solve problems with your brain. If you want to be some braindead automaton, you are free to use calculators for simple problems too. (sry if i sound like a snob, but im too proud of this )
