On topic: It's been said already but for the most part, Euros don't get anything new.

Ain't that obvious? Because you wouldn't have cleric maxed, and holy word/spell wouldn't be maxed either, making you unable to be immune to debuffs of your level (using level 100 as example, any debuff above lvl 90 is level 10, while your holy word/spell will make you immune only to debuffs level 9, which are level 8x debuffs, so anyone with debuffs over 90 is gonna be able to debuff you).
1) Any level of Holy Word/Spell provides resistance against debuffs, and Holy Spell one level behind still gives you adequate protection. Test it: find a player with low level Holy Word and try to land debuffs on them consistently without disease. Trust me, it's hard. You will find them resisting over and over again. It's a big difference from debuffing an unprotected target.
2) In case you get debuffed, you can switch and Integrity the debuffs off. Problem solved >.>
There's hardly any warlock mains out there, but granted, any 100/100 Lock/Cleric will have a definite advantage in PvP versus a 100/90/10. (On a side note, STR warlock subbers don't even have Holy Spell and they do OK. So do Lock/Bards.)
Force debuffers still see a high probability of resists against Holy Spell because they have no Disease-causing skill, and therefore are relatively easier to defeat than other Warlocks since you mostly fight them like any other Chinese build. Of course, 10 shield trash means losing stronger buffs and heals, but you can still party just fine as a Cleric. As long as there's healing orbit and buffs...

at 100 cap, you can do 100 warlock, 90 cleric (which gives the second book in Recovery Division) and you can do 10 warrior. Its better then the 80 cleric/10warior/90warlock from last cap.
Why does everyone discourage the 10 warrior. Its even better at 100 cap!
+1 So true.
