Alright so lately I don't have time to party with my wiz/bard. So, I've been thinking about making a Chinese char to grind with. But I can't decide which build I should make...so that's where you come in ; )
Should I make a...

i know that i would go with a build with three masteries max Next cap, like it or not, ur going to have to choose 3 masteries Might as well get used to compensating now (At 110, 2 masteries at 110 and two at forty might work, but i doubt it bad speed with light and bad snow shield and low immunity, you get the idea) For 100 cap i would go blader if your a hardcore legit and can stand the grind. I predict an overpopulation of bowers so be different and go blader, or maybe s/s light/ice nuker Blader will probably be one of better chinese build with new chains though and own glavie b/c glavie gets no new effects
bowers go blader? i dont think so blader own glaivers cuz of no status? thats the most noobiest thing i have heard explain to me how does the new chains own glaivers when the status are all defensive besides glaivers dont need status to kill it has good dps/crits
even though i have a blader myself dont underestimate a glaiver
go euro xD ! chi are basiclly farmers , and if you like it then just go for a blader . my favorite .. glaviers are pretty awsome too .. madd dmg and nice looking in my opinion . as a blader for pve i suggest to go fire imbue bicheon and light . or cold imbue bicheon and force for party pvp . madd good !

"for bowers go blader" i meant that there will be some many bowers in 10D silkroad, just look at ksro and how are the statuses defensive when like division lowers the defensive of the opponent i think that would help bladers kill some
as far as glavie goes, it is a strong build, but after updates, myself and probably most people think that with new chains blader > glavie

please you dont know what the hell you are talking about if you think the new chains will help bladers kill think again dull fear and stun doesnt help bladers damage
most people think? you are probably the only one that thinks dull fear and stun will kill a glaiver ......... bladers biggest weakness = firewall and yeah watching those ksro/csro/jsro videos doesnt mean anything hell most of them cant even pvp
Bow = awesome, might still got a 32 sos bow i could let you borrow (not sure i still have it may have sold it, on other account so i can't check right now
Ice bow rocks, call it nooby if you like but it's awesome with a good bow, with a bad bow it doesn't seam worth it, makes really good pve, and pvp can hold its on well too (and really well to those not immune)
Bow also awesome quester, of course thats just me
I also love Bladers but i lack the patients to grind with them, if i'm going to solo I WANT RANGE, but if you can deal with it Bladers are very rewarding, borrowed a high lvl blader loved it, loved my low level when screwing around, any high level blader i talk to says they love it, but patients required

i'd go for blade; reason: blade has the option to control their dmg and def with the shield buff (bicheon force series), so you can go all defensive or have more damage by sacrificing shield defence. other build glave and bow doesnt have this option in a convenient way.
blader lvling is slow, but the trick is to grind on monsters 3-4 lvl higher (or even more depending on gear)because they can tank them and you spend more time killing = more exp. 100 cap chain whith fear/dull/stun is an awesome disabling skill that will help combined with the already existing ones. stabs are getting crit increase as well.
on the other hand glave is better for group which might come handy in venus where we tend to go more for group; but bladers in group is fine too; you can use the chains to put stat on ppl. Bow is good with the kb but lacks defense; tho depending on how you play it may be use more phantom and run around to keep distance; it is nice against euro builds ( warrior, rogues, wiz etc) for the constant kb.
I don't know how people can say Stun is a defensive move Stun them and whip off a quick Heaven chain without being attacked back before you KD and stab to death

what does glavie do when they stun someone? they throw out a bunch of their strongest attacks that normally get interrupted, if blader gets stun, maybe they will actually be able to finish a full chain for once xD
ok, in the end i am saying that i think that the new statuses, fear and stun with better division, etc, will help a lot in pvp vs chinese and maybe euro if holy spell gets nerfed (don't know though)

stun them and you don't get hurt for a few seconds to repot, doesn't mean you can't keep laying into them

Blade ~
If you don't prefer a slow grind, you might wanna lay off this one.
As for PvP, they get nothing new in terms of "damage increasing" techniques.
They get Iron Castle Shield for a 1,680 physical defense increase, Thousand Army Chain to delay or stop the opponent (20% chance of all statuses), and Twin Energy Smash with a 3x 17% chance of giving Bleed. All in all, nothing more than delaying attacks and tanking longer.
Glaive ~
Faster than Bladers in terms of soloing, but still slower than Archers.
PvP wise, still nothing quite new. The new useful skills updated are: Bloody Ghost Storm 1,680 magical defense increase, Death Bringer Spear with a 10% chance of Dull, and the 2-hit Flying Dragon - Flash. They have awesome hp and DPS.
Bow ~
Fastest Str based (if that's what you're going with) soloer on the chinese side.
PvP wise, think with the upcoming cap they'll become even more of a pain in the arse with the back-to-back knockback.
They get an update to Devil Arrow, the Celestial Beast Arrow with a 35 attack rating increase, 20% chance of Darkness, and 20% chance of causing Burn, and Strongbow - Will with a crit 15 increase, 5m range increase, and 30% chance of stun.
Just one thing I'll say, pick whichever build you find fun....each can do well in PvE and PvP.

Currently, there are two things that can take down a firewall- magical damage and stun. If a Blader lands a stun (with the new chain status) on someone with Firewall, the Firewall cancels and the enemy is vulnerable once more.
lol do you know how long it takes a blader to take down firewall maxed? "vulnerable once more" to what lightning chain? i just laugh when a blader is doing the "godly 100 cap chain " on a pure str that is just stupid anyone with half a brain could figure that out .... it would make sense to use the new chain on a int or euros
again i am not hating on a blader because i myself have one

You're not understanding. The damage made by the Blader would be irrelevant if they can stun. For example, if a Chinese character does Firewall versus, say, a Warrior, the Warrior would never be able to take said Firewall down because they have 0 magical attacks. However, if the warrior used Sprint Assault or one of the Dual Axe combos on the enemy and the skill stunned the enemy, the Firewall would cancel (Firewall and Icewall cancel upon stun). This is what I mean. The Blader could be doing laughably low damage to the wall, but if the new chain lands a stun then the Firewall is canceled, making the enemy vulnerable to other attacks (such as KD and stabs).
Landing status effects through chain combos on an enemy is usually seen as a strategy. I am puzzled as to why you think this is useless. Apparently, half a brain might be a luxury for some people.
Edit: I have not played a Chinese character for over 2 years. I'm not saying the Blader would be an absolute killing machine, but pointing out the known flaws that I am aware of.
My deal is this: I've never been able to get a bow char over lvl 23. Due to how boring the skills are. However, I hear that bow is more fun after lvl 30+. Is that true?
With blader I love the sexy chains and knock downs. But lvling them up is a pain in the ass.
With glavie I'm not entirely sure how I feel about them I've never really had a glavie char past lvl 32+. The chains may be fun. I don't know
you get the explosion arrow, mind bow(if you don't know what that is its the one that hits multiple targets in a radius around you awesome for aoe grinding), and strong bow (its just awesome) between 25 to 31, those make it super awesome

I've learned to love bowers and come of my concept of seeing bowers as a kser build from the old times. they are fun
Full Str bowers are good at pvp, but they are a bit too crit dependant. but they can withstand most ambushes if they have light to evade good at pvp
Hybrid bowers (Str Hybrid-1:1) are the killers in my opinion. High base damage with imbue and not as crit dependant as full str and less arrows are used

glaive grinding is a bit boring compared to bow, but they do better at tanking they get better at lvl 31 with flying spear and at in their 50s again with the new chains but the only chain i'd see worth taking would be the 5/6 hit chain
I'm thinking something like 100pacheon/100fire/80light/20ice Or maybe I'll go with the ice imbue and go with 100pacheon/100ice/and then I'm not sure how I'd split up the remaining mastery's between fire or light.
