Where can a lvl 80 wizard with gap 8 train?
With gear that are 72 and bellow, as well as avoid pt mobs from plvlers.

I would suggest the snipers (but lots of taxis there on my server), and lowest roc monsters (feathers, black eagles, goats).

mages / shamans. go to mag. based monsters cause im guessing your in robes, and this will help. hell, at lvl 80 you can prbly go into the cave to the nachals or w. ehtye're called.

I thought the mobs in DW cave only go as high as 70. Also, my robes are NPC and are only 66-69, and I need 72 chest, leg and boots, so i still die at Niya Mages, and at Goats.

which hits harder, Niya Mages or Goats. I just died again, probably wont' come back till some people in the guild tells me they found 72 gear, or are going to do more plvl farming, or i might not come back at all, i don't know how the **** i'm going to gain 400k sp.
I think, with 72 gear, i can handle niya mages, when i tried Niya Mages/Shaman Giants (i forgot which one has giants), but it's 50/50 on me surviving, even with Vigors. But i think with 72 gear and loads of Vigors i should be fine there, other wise i'd just go back to goats.
I don't know which would be faster for gaining sp, make a noob, which i do have one, unfortunately no one is helping with it, (stuck at 28 ), their working on their own noob toons, plural.
And yes, of course i could farm a new noob, unfortunately, i can't Multiclient with my shit pc's, and no plans on upgrading them, and i'm not one really to ask for help.

...huh then u have a shitty gear...get a lv 64-72 bigger than +4 gear and try to get full blue..get a 72 +5 staff [or +7 if u can afford] with very big mag% ... if u can afford vigors..then i strongly suggest u to use them..but only if u can afford buying so many vigors...grind without life turnover..oh and i forgot to ask . ur wiz/cleric or wiz/bard

Well I think that you will spend a lot of gold for those potions, perhaps it's better to put your gold in upgrading your robes.
As wizzard I have less problems with the niya mages/shamans than on the roc mobs with their stun.
Did you try the black eagles? They are not aggro but spawn champs and giants, no other aggro mob around there. I don't know if they still give you enough SP though.
