anything with ice at lvl 60 or better for 40% snowshield should do fine, i guess u could also live with ice at lvl 30 if u are like 1:5 hybrid maybe 1:7

All of those are strong builds, it's all up to what you prefer.
The full forces nuker (then one with light/fire/cold maxed) will be the best at group pvping, while the ones with bicheon will be better at 1vs1 pvping. The 1:7 hybrid one would probably be the best in most 1vs1 pvp situations, because of his slightly higher survivability at the cost of slightly lower damage. The builds with 90fire/60light would be the best damage dealers but would have less survivability because they'd have lower cold. The one with bicheon/light/cold would be the best all around one because of good defense and offense.

Also, bear in mind that those builds with masteries at lvl 60 will probably have some deleveling to do when cap raises.

I say it'd depend if you mind deleveling or not when the cap raises. With the 90/90/60/60 you'd prolly have to delevel one of those 60s and level 3 masteries to 100, where with the 90/90/90 you wouldn't need to delevel. I cannot say how close the 100 cap is though, so I don't know if you should really bother about it already. I believe 90/90/60/60 is stronger at this cap (though I'd suggest you to make cold higher and light lower, like 72cold/48light).

i don't think you can go wrong with 90 light, 90 ice, its a strong and well tested build and will be fine for this cap and probably those to come

I've had this build at lvl 90 and there really isn't a need to have 72 cold since it is invincible until snow ends anyway. I would rather have the extra magic attack and speed from 60 light. At 100 cap I think cold should drop to 40 since this character is such a great tank and can survive with 35% snow easily.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe your character is/was a 90bicheon/90light/90cold build. If that's the case, then you probably were with the phy def passive and buff, which would certainly help you tank. Anyways, 60-72cold for 90 cap I understand (the difference from 90-60 cold is not so huge), but at 100 cap, I don't think that that will be truly affordable since the difference from 100 cold to, for example, 60 cold will be huge in both phy def and snow shield aspects. Therefore I say that for 100 cap, It'd be better to drop fire and get 100bicheon/100light/100cold in garment, this way you'd have a good defense, good offense, good survivability, good speed and good mobility. What else do you need?

my character was 90bicheon/90light/90cold but I switched my masteries. They had pretty much the same survivability 90 fire did significantly more dmg but was slower.

I have a nuker and the build im planning on making is:

- Pure Int
- 30 Bicheon
- 90 Lightning
- 90 Cold
- Garments

You might add a certain amount of Fire for more Nukes, or some Force for Power-Leveling

if you plan to do any pvp you will need a weapon tree at 90, not for the defensive skills but to do enough dmg to kill someone

Fire nukes should be cast faster and should be stronger, am I wrong? Why would it be slower?

Not really because of damage, actually it's because none of your skills would actually work, be it knock down, defensive buffs, what ever you can get with 30 bicheon, it'll be completely utterly useless when at lvl 90, it will make no difference at all, it'll be almost as effective as if you had no bicheon at all. Either you max a weapon tree, or you don't take it at all. Period.

-Full Int 90Bich/90Fire/60Ice/90Lighting with Protector-Full Int
1-90+90+90+60=330..the maximul mastery lvl its 300..and anyway 60 ice its too little for a pure int...
full int 90bich 90 ice 90 light its the best in my opinion

I'd say its best for pure int is 90Fire 90Cold 90Bicheon.

I know many people will not agree going fire rather than lightning.

Fire gives more benefits than lightning( More Magical Defense,Immunity Physical Attack Buff and passive and allows you to see invisible players).

Fire can make up the 18% mag damage boost from lightning by using fire imbue and fire nukes.
Fire nukes have greater damage, range and you can use 3 different fire nukes.

You can buy 100%+ moving speed drugs to replace Grass walk speed.
Light only gives you 1 decent nuke.
Concentration Skill is not that good because it only increases a little bit after the 2nd Concentration book( Which is not worth it to maxed, only a waste of sp)

So overall Fire is BETTER for both Pure int and Pure str than Lightning.
Anyone agree with me??

Tell me if I am wrong if you have a capped pure int build.

Yea i agree with u.But when deg10 comes what u will do 100bich/100fire/100ice?In that case ull lose magical boost and speed..so i think it isnt a really good build for cape100

lv 30light is not gonna give you that speed you'll gonna buy speed drugs anyway
in magical buff 7% increase will be down to 0%

but still not enough to take light over fire.
cuz in lv100 fire you can have the strongest nuke lv98 and fire imbue lv98, you will also gain Maxed Earth Fire Protection(which in this case you can wear protector cuz u have mag def buff) you will have some more phy def from wearing protector.

cuz as we all know, all Chinese build capped wearing garments today cuz we just can't ignore Wizards using life turnover.

I think it's up to him. Light has it's benefits and fire has other benefits. Besides, we don't know if fire/cold/bicheon will in fact work, we're just supposing, so it's completely up to him, neither one is the "best" or whatever.
