You can chargeback by starting a dispute through paypall. Take a look on their website about how to start a dispute and claim

It takes about one month before the amount will be charged back (like for all disputes started through paypall). Joymax blocks the charged back account so you wont be able to connect on all the characters on all servers that you created using that login. I think they also block the credit card number, so you won't be able to reuse it on a new account that you will create.
