Lets say I am lv60, and I got all lv60 skills I can get.
But now I just died from a mob & I deleveled, will I lose the lv60 skills, or won't I be able to use them? =/

You can use them after you deleveled, as far as I know.

there is no level limit to use a skill, the level limit is to aquire the skill.

So lets say if I'm a lv60 wizard & I got the meteor skill, then I delvl to 20, can I still use the meteor? =p

Yes, and you can use armor up to lv.60 (since youre european), but you would have to use lv.16 / 18 staff, since the weapon you wield is decided by your level, not mastery.

If you're china, tough luck, you wont be able to wear higher levels armor, since your armor depends on your level, not on mastery.

The armour level is linked to a mastery level as european, you are not able to use a level 60 robe if you don't have a mastery allowing you to wield it to level 60. So if you delevel it to 20 your stuff is useless and you have zero protection even it's on you, it just shows red. It's the same for the weapons, if you have a weapon 24 and delevel to 23 you can't attack anymore.

disagree with you, it is true for the weapons because they are connected to actual levels but armors are connected to the actual mastery level, and it does not go down when you delevel.

They showed red in my inventory, I was able to wear them but I'm not sure if they were still active and when you desequip them you can't reequip them.

Well it is not hard to test, all you need is a char that is lets say level 11, you but a lvl 11 armor then delevel and you will know. But logically it cannot be a problem. Or JM fails, but they do fail a lot so ...

I was more referring to the second question from delevelling from 61 to 20.

I'm a wizzard, level 61 with meteor and take the cursed heart quest because I want to delevel my wizzard to level 20. First I delevel from 61 to 60, no problem. Than I want to delevel to 59 with the cursed hearts. I can't delevl to 59 because the meteor skill is 60. I first have to remove that skill and all the other wizzard skills that came in at level 60, then I'm able to delevel from 60 to 59. You loose the ability to wield the weapon and your protection during the process of levelling down since you loose both your global level and mastery level.

I don't see how you're able to delevel from 60 to 20 without the cursed hearts or the special item mall potions or you should spend days probably weeks murdering players and delevel that way or let you continuously being killed by mobs.

Well...The biggest problem I see is MP xD

I don't think you'll have enough mp at lvl 20 to cast a lvl 60 nuke (especially the meteor)

You mean the Skills deleveling, I mean your 'real lvl' deleveling.

You'll loose 40 lvl's of int if you delvl to 20...That's alot. I played on a delvled int char one time...And it hardly had enough mp for the skills.

At level 20 with standard gear you already have just enough MP to cast one meteor.

When you delevel you don't lose your stats, they stay the same but are "worth" less MP/HP/FD/MD.

XMoshe ment that you gain 1 level off int/str every level, and you can devide 3 points yourself, so if you delevel, you lose that 1 point again ? and therefor lose 40 str/int ?
The points you have will also be "worth" less indeed though :)

+1. There's a chart somewhere that shows how much HP per str point or MP per int point. It goes up, albeit slowly, over the levels.

So it's something like 1 str point at level 10 = 50 hp, but at level 90 it's 100 hp. (No, these are not the actual numbers, just examples)

Why would people want to farm 1mill SP when they lose 1int/str every lvl?
I mean, let's say you get 50ksp untill you need to delvl again(just an example, may vary) you will need to delvl 20 times. This means a loss of 20 int/str. I dont think people would do that :p

I mean you have for example 20 str, 20 int. Go to the next lvl you will have 21 str, 21 int. If you delvl it goes back to 20 str, 20 int. But if you lvl again, you will gain those str/int again, so you'll loose nothing o.o

Srry to bump this topic, but this really works.
A lot of people on vSRO get their chars up to a high lvl(like lv80 for wizard), then get murder status & delvl to 32. They get a sos staff & they can farm gold at ongs ;p

Interesting. I've never heard of that, but sounds interesting. To me it's a waste of time...I wish I could be 80 T_T. I've never had a high level char of my own, only friends. =(

Why would they do that though? Wouldn't it be far faster to just use a high level 80 char (even if it's under farmed) and kill in an exp party with a low level char?

Normally when you level up you get 5 points, 1 point is automatically in str, 1 point automatically in int and 3 are free to distribute by the player. If I'm right when you delevel only the 3 points that were distributed by yourself are lost the 2 others remain. So basically a level 32 delevelled char has more str and int than a new created character? If someone could confirm this? It's something I've read before, I didn't try it out.

So a delevelled 32 char will be stronger than a new created 32 char. Well if you like to own in pvp and CTF, perhaps.
