Good 70 cap build?

What's a good build back at the 70 cap? *private server only has 70 cap skills*

I think hybrid dual weapon builds (that's what I'd do anyways in a 70 cap server).

me2, but since ECSRO is adding 80 and 90 cap skills there is no idea for that.
