so they will update the skills... .... if i was ocean i will work my best to put legend 1 before esro release __ any way. good news  looks i will have to dlvl fire :S

THIS IS FAWKING AWSOME cause that opens the possibility of ADDING things, wich was what we didnt believe in, soooo.. That means that they will, slowly, add new skills, till we have lvl 90 skills, might take a while, but now we know ITS possible, this is great

So, passives go to Lv9 or just Lv7? I need to know this so I can fix my build properly... also, does the Phys Defence buff on Cold go higher then Lv70?  Is it worth Going 90fire 70bicheon/light/cold? Or should I do some variation? Please help me out here ^^
