As far as i understand your topic, you could have tri-mastery in Europe character, but it have to add up to 2x the charcter's level.

You could have, for a level 90 Cleric, for example, 90 cleric, 10 warrior for shield thrash, 80 bard for speed.

Nope, they cannot do that or they will simply suck. The only possible ones are getting 10 warrior for shield trash, which some warlocks or clerics decide to do, because it's a very useful skill. And then the get their real submastery to 80.

Fixed.

RD lvl 40 (this is the max you get with cleric 45)
HP 445 Recovery

RD lvl 90
HP 2.473 Recovery

Pure STR HP at 90: Minimum: 21908; Can get near to 26k.
Pure INT HP at 90: Minimum: 6350; Can get near to 13k.

Recovery division heals each 3-5 seconds (I'm not sure exactly). Do you seriously think that healing 445 hp each 5 seconds would help? I don't.

It's "Weapon Magical Attack Power 105% Reflect". I'm not sure how that works, but yeah, I believe using a rod it would have its effect increased by 105% of the mag atk of the rod. Note: It'll only increase when and if you are in fact using the rod. Probably other weapons that have mag atk would increase it too. But then you'd need to be a full int, and for a full STR, lvl 40 RD will be useless. I didn't remember that before by the way. :P You found a good point. Also, you'd only get recovery division when at lvl 80, lol. I still think it's extremely dumb to go with 2 subclasses. :)

Yes. Pimped rod heals more, and I think cleric in robes heals more, like 20% more. (Faith passive)

Yeah, but I believe you'd then need to be and stay in robes and using a cleric rod in order for the RD to receive those bonuses.

^In my opinion (refering to Can warlock kill unique topic too), Light Armor > Robes...
Since Cleric's LA passives are unreplacable... I can tank lv.90 Warrior as Lv.90 Cleric (on friend's account), cannot tank only crit of DD.

True. Though as a warlock/cleric you won't be really using cleric rod while wearing LA, you'll probably most of the time be using the warlock rod. Even with the passives of LA + buffs it'll still probably be hard to tank being a full INT. If you are hybrid then maybe things will change a little bit. You said you could tank a lvl 90 warrior? Using a str cleric or int cleric?

In a matter of speaking, to benefit from the faith passive then yes, you need to have your rod equipped, to benefit from the increased healing you just need any weapon with a mag attack, for example a wizard with RD would heal more then say a warlock since a staff naturally has a higher mag attack. :)

Pretty much what I said, but then you are wrong when you say "a wizard with RD would heal more then say a warlock" thats false, all european weapons have either the same mag atk (int-related build weapons) or the same phy atk (str-related build weapons). By the way, they have exactly the same stats (the only difference is between mag to phy weapons). You can check it.

I am rogue cleric, and often times in parties, I Go cleric throw out str/int/phy/mag buffs and just use absolute damage. Party memeber+your absolute damage kills. IF your pure int, offering would pwn too.
