Update problem

ok, so I've downloaded the new client, installed, launched and the update bar gets stuck at 0% and after a while error message pops up that the update cannot be done or sth. Anyone had this kind of problem?

took me 10 try to get update started
does it display text , notes ?

mine is displaying news etc, no start button, and its not updating
