Well i have this project for health class about date rape drugs. My partner and I have to make a video about it. I have no idea how I would do this. It needs to be either live action or animated. And no, we can't have scenes of rape or sex, or any of that stuff. Just need to have clips of the long term and short term effects being in effect.

For example,
Blurry vision, and use an effect on sony vegas to blur.

something like so.

Any suggestions will be taken, we are marking the SOS.

more details? i don't know to much about the date rape drugs and effects, just that it completely incapacitates you.

Well you could mimic the sedative effect like this.

At the start: regular intervals of black screens (to mimic normal blinking) and progressively increase the durations of the black screen to indicate that your eyes are being closed for longer periods while ending with an entire black screen.

You need to tell something interesting during the vid though. A conversation between 2 people, 1 who's the victim and thus the camera shows her/his point of view and 1 guy/girl who's chatting the victim up.
Start would be something like: "Can I buy you a drink" and ending with a shot where you see the rapist carrying the victim after the longest black screen has been past to indicate that the rape will happen afterwards without explicit shots. The last shot would be the only one that was taken from the victims point of view.

well i know how you could make yourself look like your on drugs
make a clip of you and your freind say like
you have the camera on your face somehow soo your looking at your freind and get your freind to
put black eyeliner on and some red pen around his eyes and put some powder of some kind
around his nose area and then give the clip a warp effect soo it looks like everythings moving apart from him

Does it really matter?
If it's allowed, ask a girl to star in your "movie".
I guess it wouldn't be a problem because you could make an animated vid as well.
