90 Pach/Force/Fire 30 Ice
This is probably the best build for a bow, you'll require a lot of typhoons but if you want all the things you said your going to have to make the sacrifice of losing light. Besides by 100cap most bow have all the survivability they need in their 5 arrow + 6 arrow combo.

Good all around - take 90pach/90fire/60light/60cold (or that mrFudge light/cold ratio, think it was 48light/72ice)
you got good damage, good defence and good mobility

90pach/90fire/90force is the best damage dealing bow build, but you lack the mobility.
Sure you can use drug of typhoon to replace the grasswalk, even though it's expensive. But nothing can replace ghostwalk, which is, I believe, a super important skill for bowers.

If you use the force debuffs correctly and spread them you have a strong build that can take on most others.

The trick is to learn how to use them and which ones are important to use against which build.

It's been said before and it's true... 1 v 1 full STR force bower is the best bow build hands down. In a job/guild/fortress war though, different story. As long as you can narrow your fight down to 1 person you have a good chance of winning. When you're targetted by more people you're going to go down pretty quick though. Then again, almost all builds have that problem ;)

Oh yeah, 1 more hint... wear protector.
