Hey so basically I have a problem. I want to start up on a new server and I want to make a PLvL character to PLVL my other characters(I have 3 desktops and a laptop) at ongs but I don't want to put too much into the character. He/she needs to be a chinese character cause I hate Euro's pot delay and it needs to be the absoloute minimal level to effectively powerlevel my other characters at ongs meaning I don't really want to SP farm on the character and I would like the character to have AoE as well.

What would be the best build for this and what level would I start powerleveling at? Please try to include details to the builds, etc. If you absoloutley think a Euro would be the best for this then I'll take that too. Just post and let me know.

Pure Force Spear nuker and get him to 57-74 spear. Get nukes only and snow (For PTGs) Do fire nukes with AoE and light nukes too.

Pure int spear with only the light mastery. You will be able to 0 gap to an effective level for powerfarming and you will have aoe skills.

You have to one shot the stuff easily and be able to take some damage, I should say around 10 levels higher than ongs, makes around 45. Nuker with lightning is definitely the best choice, start one and return on ongs at every new level that you are above the ongs to test it out.

Get a 7D SOS or higher spear and start powerlvling...
Maybe go to lvl 56 for FWW and you will be a decent powerlvler.

Oh and if i were you i would take light imbue, mag. attack buff, speed, light nukes,
and fire nukes...

Just get to lvl 52 anything above that would help but I don't really see the point in wasting time lvling anymore then you have to. Buy yourself a nice spear and some nice gear and go plvl/pfarm *I hope your farming that char not just plvling* at the ongs

Whatever level kills fast enough for you. It can be done at ~52 but it will be significantly slower than 64. It's up to you really.

If possible get high enough for the 3rd nuke.
