If I was you, I'd level up til 19 and add all into the int points. Then delevel back to 16 to farm. You will have a extra 9 int and you can still use the guide to teleport you anywhere. Just a little heads up :)

All intl / str points stay when you delevel, its just when you de level each of those points add less mp / hp ( because each level has its own values for stat points )

With a full intl / str set a full intl needs a sos + 4/5 bow, a full str needs a som + 4/5. Good luck.

You could do a damage calculation using the stuff from the GD thread and the bandits hp.

Would be easier to go and find out for yourself though :P

thats a total waste of time lol imagine how long it would be to get to lvl 30 with ur matery at 8 :P then to just delevl for a few more stat points i dont think 30 would be good 19 is good though..actually i think 18 might work too
cheers

Wrong. Every stat point stays but the value of mp / hp that each stat point represent decreases. I've tested this, tried this and posted it on srf once before. I will see if i can dig up the thread.

To answer the origanal question..

Yes with Anti-Devil, Not with arrow combo or normal attack.
If you can get a full garms and acc set with +3 str/int if
you can. I know it's a pain getting the stones sometimes haha.
Get that and you should be right. My old int nearly 1 hitted
with 2/3 str/int on my items.. and an sos +3. Also level up to
at least 19 then get the points so that will help you out a
little more.. though if you going int you can probs farm at
penons or mujigi or nachals when your higher and just farm at
bandits for the sp to get you there..
