usualy weapon/shield and gloves have the same lvl , then each other armor piece needs 1 more lvl (chest is 5 lvls higher than weapon).
But this wont work with lvl 100 cap. Protectors are: Lv90: Gloves, Shoulder Lv91: Boots, Head Lv92: Trousers, Chest This is the first tier of D10. Second tier: Lv94: Gloves, Shoulder Lv95: Boots, Head Lv96: Trousers, Chest Third tier: Lv98: Gloves, Talisman Lv99: Boots, Head Lv100: Trousers, Chest  Hope I helped.

Shaitan drops are repair invalid, unless you get one of his 90 spawns, and the chances of getting a drop especially a 89 or 90 drop on those are very minimal
