It's all about trial and error explore every inch of Ps you can. Who cares if you produce something yucky atleast that way you will know what everything does. Once you know that you can start experimenting and finding your own style.^^
You are definitely on the right track, far ahead in skill level then I was when I first started and yeah tutorials are a good way to start just make sure not to become to dependent on them to a point where you find it hard to make sigs without step to step direction with what to do next. =}
EDIT: I would become friends with the "dodge/burn" tools. ^^
Aye mate

i once did a tuturial on how, like, Make a sig where the render's Blended in the bg and how to give it a flow and shit (the motion thingies, and smudge with diff values, all that jazz with the duplicated layers

),same thing with the lighting and photo filters and gradient maps etc, and i did all that stuff one time in some tuts and then after doing em i got much better and i never (or only checked it 1 or 2 times cause i had forgotten what happened or how to do something xD) ever checked it again (i think i'm not dependandt on tuts at all, but they sure help to teach some small and nice tricks xD) you get what i mean ^^ but thanks for like, kind of warning me

And thanks for the compliments, and @ love thanks menz ^_^
But hostage i love you lol, thanks a lot for your tip! Seriously

I did something knowing what you told me and i think it stopped beeing so flat, it's awsome, what do you say? O.o

this was my first attempt at it >.<''
i'mma try to work with it on the next sigs i do, but it's seriously a great advice

<3
Wich one do you think it's better tho? O.o
