More than anything else, people are known by their actions. To actually attribute someone's lack of morality to the tools they use (a gun for example) is bizarre. I'll attribute their lack of morality to them, actually. And yes, cheating is immoral. Botting is cheating. Lying is immoral. Botters in this forum and who join legit guilds in-game are liars.

And the idea that anyone who doesn't respect cheaters has their head up their ass just adds insult to injury.

W0lf got banned from PureEntity for joining Eric's brand new and now already disbanded (Yeah, you may congratulate me on my efforts that lead to the disbanding of their guild) bot guild on Venus. He has still got access to his account, but hopefully has left the server for real now, after lying about doing so for several times.

In case you miss them too much: They are now playing on Mars in a new guild called Ghostbusters. Same concept as on Venus I guess, few players, one goldbot pfarming them, there you go.

A guy who robs a bank, may be a friend or a great guy but that doesn't make it justified and I wouldn't start respecting him after he admitted it and said sorry.

Yeah you can use the retort "You can't compare botting on a game to robbery in reality" but be serious here, it's the same thing to an extent. Someone who commits a crime shouldn't be let off the hook because he is a 'great guy'.
