Is there a quicker way to delete characters?

I want to delete my characters, my level 21 Chineese (Downgraded) and whatever the hell level my Euro is (Downgraded2) who I just made today. But I don't want to have to wait a week to re-create them. Is there a faster way to delete them so I can start over?

I want my Chineese to be pure str and my Euro to be pure int.

Yup, that's right. I tried making a second Stress on Venus and it didn't work -.-

Hahaha ... I quitted Venus because there is no more Nitro-related nicknames xD ... I've took them all and disliked characters.

I was on poseidon and moved to Venus. It's nice, I can actually get in without trying 500000 times.
