Well I it seems like you already know what you want. you want to be a str. char that is sneaky? ---> Rogue bard sub. or I feel one of the best tanks builds is a Warrior, cleric sub. you have vital increase, healing division. just not much stealth with this one. alot has to do with your playing style.. do you want to be in partys most of the time? prefer to solo grind? str blader I think almost never dies but is a slow grinder...

If ur goin for fast lvling, you could always go Wizard sub bard/cleric
but...
I am one of the avid supporters of non-cookiecutter classes such as wizard/warrior and rouge/warlock (my current build)...
But if you want the presumed "best" euro build, you'll end up going 2h warrior with sub cleric

The choice... is YOURS

Make a Rogue/Bard
with xbow you will lvl quite fast and then u can switch to daggers to the real pvp ownage.
Rogue/Cleric might be good as well, even more survivability, you just sacrifice the mana and speed of the bard buffs.

But for what you say, definitely a Rogue is what you are looking for and of course make it FULL STR
