Need Help. What is Sniper's drop for?

I'm doing the Sweeping Niya Archer quest and it just says to kill a shitload of em. So what's the blue bag that drop for??? I just NPC them.... am I suppose to do something? If so... what???

the soldier says, ull get loads of them.. sell them (npc) and earn some gold

ok kool. I was wondering if maybe they had to do with some other quests. Guess not. I'll stop picking them up than. They only worth 50 gold each >_>

you suppose to give them to the quest guy....you only make like 100k tho

Not worth picking them up, extra slot in inventory.

You only get like 20k extra on top of what he gives you if you give them to him.
