Ok, well the first low lvl skills like blaze and toxin. Are you supposted to de-lvl those when you get higher or are they sill good when you have a high level character?

Well, the 2nd book is stronger and AoE and you can only do 2 DoT's on someone. So you could delvl them.

It's been a day so I can bump and I'm adding a new question.

Is fog sight worth upgrading I do not understand what it dose. It is not mentioned in the good guide that is on this forums.

Fog sight decrease AR (attack rating). The higher your AR is the higher your damage, if you use Fog Sight you decrease the targets AR making them hit lower. Delvling them would depend on your sp needs. If its really important then you should be able to delvl them without a problem.
