The first pure magical dmg mobs are lvl 29-30, earth taoists in the earth ghost canyon.

And lvl 40-72 does have alot of physical dmg mobs yeah. You have ishade/hashade and sonar/planar (50,51 and 55/56/57 (not sure)). And then nachal on 69-70.

At lest wear protector. It's the safest gear for full ints. You can change to garment when you're 64+ if you want.

After level 30 you'll be begging to wear garms.
Nuking consumes a shitload of MP and you shouldn't get hit that often anyway.
If you encounter a giant, you'll just activate your snowshield to compensate for the extra damage they do.

Mag mobs.
lvl 8/9 tomb stone (ghost)
lvl 10 (decayed) yeoha
lvl 16 bandits
lvl 17 black tigers for their AoE attack thing
lvl 22 devil bugs when they are using their ranged attack
lvl 26-27'ish meek and normal gun powders
lvl 30 Taoists. Infested by earth ghosts who are physical though
lvl 40 eye things in the ravine
lvl 48 white spiders
lvl 51-52 Ishades and hashades
lv 52-53 some kind of spider
lvl 56-57 sonars and planars
lvl 57-58 more spiders
lvl 60 Isy
lvl 61-63 worms
lvl 65-67 kara's
lvl 68-70 more eye things
lvl 69-70 nachals in the cave
lvl 77-78 ninja mage and shaman

Not sure about spiders, worms and kara's.
As you can see, there are plenty of mag mobs.

I would go for anything you can kill before it reaches you. You will be using too many hp pots otherwise.
