Buying items over I think 100k on stall network. Rather rare , I got one buying every elixer off the stall network in Hotan. They were priced horribly low and it didn't hurt my pocket book to badly. I plan to release them back on to the market in a week and see if I can make a profit and plunge Posieden Weapon Elixer prices

Its a random gift given to you for buying/selling through the stall network. It shows up randomly in your inventory and gives 50% increase on gold drops.

I one time got this, I have a question though, is there any "Hunter's blessing" or "Thief's blessing"? Or something which is a parallel?

Nope. That would make Merchants blessing "Traders blessing".. we are all merchants, we all buy/sell items in town. Traders deliver goods from town to town.
