if u can, and if u'r up to it, get a 9 gap and farm on mobs u can 1 hit for a few weeks. that'll get u enough sp to at least get ur wizard up to date. then u can do w/e u want from there.

In my opinion you have three options;

1) Farm as much as you need to get you to lvl 53. Open up a 9 gap at 52 and farm on the monsters that you can one hit (They have to be green orb minimum, anything you kill less than green will give you a massive sp/exp deduction.) This should take you about 3-4 weeks depending on server traffic and how many parties you can get in. Once you get to 53, 0 gap to 64 but ONLY levelling your wizard mastery, no skills. Once you get to 64 you can 9 gap at Nachals for a lot of SP.

2)See how well you can kill party ongs. If you can kill them in 2-3 hits, start doing taxi for lower levels in order to get enough gold so you can get pfarmed at nachals. Once you have enough gold, 9 gap at 52/53 and get someone to pfarm you at nachals (it usually costs a lot of gold, that's why I would suggest doing taxi first)

3) Start over - you can get enough gold on your 52 char to put into storage, then create a new char and swap the gold over via storage. After that, level up to 16, open a 9 gap (you can't use the potion quest at 16 you have to do it manually). Get pfarmed at ongs up to 26, then delevel back down to 20 again. Do this until you have enough SP to max you out at a decent level. 72k sp will be enough to max a wizard/cleric out at 64, but if you wanna get 100k+, expect to pay a lot of gold.

The reason for starting over is that once you have enough SP to max you out at a high level, it doesn't take long to reach that level =) You'll be lvl 52 again in no time after farming.

Hope this helps!
