 Post subject: Adding Magic Units to Fur Dress and hat

Hi

I wonder if anyone here may asssist in this regard.

I have paid 160 silk for the hat and dress and I don't realy know how to add magic items on them. well, yeah I am a noob in silk items seems.

I thought I can add str. and int. likewise I do for the armor items by placing in slot of alchemy and adding the str. stone .. but it seems it's not holding there. so how I can add magic units and what are the magic units that I can add and where I may get it from. and if it is the same str/hp/int stones what lvl stones should it be ?? and how I may add on the dress and the hat.

Ive never done it b4 but i think you are suppose to go to constainpole(dkh to spell it), talk to the blacksmith. There will be option says add magic to avatar. Then you drag your silk items there and i think he will asisst you from there on. Good luck. I hope i helped you. Let me if it worked 8)

You can add blues at the NPC weaponsmith (it's one of the selections when you click on him).

Personally I think the STR/INT bonus are useless, especially at higher level.
The most important blues are:
5% attack rating increase
5% parry ratio increase
5% damage increase
5% damage reduction (absorbtion)
1% defense ignore
All of the fixed bonuses become less valuable as you gain levels.

Thanks to both of you, u both have been quite helpful indeed.

Yeah, it is found that the magic can only be added with ANY blacksmith in any town - they will all have the same list - I wish there was the parry ratio of 5% addition but unfortunately it was not listed - perhaps not with the fur at the least.

the list conained the following magic items on dress :-

Attack rating 5% increase
Dammage 5% increase
str 1 increase
Int 1 Increase
HP 150 increase
HP recovery 25% increase
Ignore monster defence 1% PROBALITY

I selected the first two items on dress, but still not yet decided what other 2 items to add on dress cuz the rest sound not so attractive at all. So if it was you what would think be the best selection.

As for the hat the list thanks god did include parry ratio and list was as follows :-

Parry ratio 5% increase
Damage absorption 5% increase
str 1 increase
int 1 increase
mp 150 increase
MP recovery 25% increase

aboviuosly I slected first two items on hat.

Your advice and feed back is to dress is highly appreciated.

The 1% probability to ignore monster defense is very nice to have. It means that on average, once every 100 hits you'll deal a lot of damage (about as much as you would do on a Mangyang). The last one is indeed a problem. Personally I selected the 25% HP recovery, since it at least goes up with level. It's not extremely useful though, so you could also choose one of the other 3.

Thanks phulshof for the feed in, I was thinking of adding the same just I was not quuite so sure. Since, u mentioned it aswell I would rather select it and other option being my charachter full str. I would select the str aswell.

As far as i know, the 25% HP Recovery is applied only when you're sitting down. If that's the case, then there's no point getting it.

I think there has been serveral posts regarding which option to take, maybe you'll have to dig a bit more into the 4rum to have more reference.
