Someone do a SRO IQ test for these fools before letting them post please.

kSRO is the Korean version of Silkroad,they have had 90 Cap for awhile now, I registered an account there and did a low lvl char. Got enough gold to teleport to dw/hotan and I just watch how different builds do. And I 'come back' to isro because I have a lvl 80, a lvl 69 and a lvl 72 chars here, I also have all my friends and after all.. I dont understand jack shit of korean so im better off playing this.

Konpaku is a very useful site, I believe they pull most of their information straight out of the kSRO/jSRO pk2 files.

ok, ok, i calm down .

bow will be good from lvl 100 on. cuz then they can shoot 6 and 5 arrow combo back-to-back, which makes them almost immortal. but they still cant kill. if your gear is good enough, they won't be able to crit enough. and plz don't say: anti devil will have like 4x crit increase and strongbow will have 15 crit increase. because skill and gear improve with the raise of the lvl. remeber the 1st anti devil. how much crit increase does it have, 20? (i don't know) it now has 35 or 40, but an archer still doesn't crit enough, if the opponent has good gears.

conlusion:
archers will never be deadly against good players with good gears (im not speaking of sosun). they are not meant to be killer no.1 among the full str chars. they are meant to support. like bladers are supposed to tank. from lvl 100 on they will be almost immortal because of 2 arrow combos each with 30% knockback, which they can shoot back-to-back. but they will never be a killer.

i think this statement is pretty neutral and not biased and pretty right. so accept it

a bow crits 10k-12k...
a build that crits 10-12k seens like a killer to me.
and if a bowman has good enough gear the glavier will never kill them.

it's not about one hard hit, but the pace and frequency of several hard hits. one hit with 12k is nothing for my 21k hp. lets say u crit me 12k. i still got 9k hp. after 1 sec i will have 12k or 13k hp, 2 secs later i will have 15 or 16k hp. and if you don't crit enough again in this short period of time, my hp will recover faster than you can kill me. btw: this is the reason why JM don't let an archer shoot strongbow back-to-back. and the time between the bow skills is also too long for them to be deadly.
besides, i don't stand there like a puppet, but i will spawn my skills, which will stun or knock u back. you got it? a single hit is nothing.

well obvisly 1 crit wont kill a glavier what about 2 crits then a knock back

there are glaviers out there that can kill bowers.

but it does depend on your build to if your take force to 80 or ice to 80.

let me say it this way: my phys. defense is 1006. you can't crit 12k with strongbow on me. 11k is maximum. like i said, my hp will recover pretty fast. lets say u crit me 11k. i got 10k left and after one sec (and you will need this time, if not longer, to launch your 2nd skill) i will have about 13k or 14k hp. let's say u crit me now with anti devil last book. that would be like 7k or 8k. i would have about 6k left. now the hp regeneration again start to work.

now lets devide this situation in 2 cases:

1st case: you use knockback, which is launched pretty fast. the damage of knockback is like nothing. you knock me back (if you succeed), i will have enough time to recover my hp to like 11k. but u can't use strongbow now, cuz the cool down time has not finished yet. so you have to use another skill and the whole procedure starts again.

2nd case: you use another skill, lets say anti devil or that other 350% skill (not strongbow). my hp will again recover and i would have like 10k hp or 11k hp. and the whole procedure start again.

there is a reason, why JM prevent archer from shooting strongbow back-to-back.

like i already said several times: you won't kill a full str char as an archer, if you don't crit enough. and with good gears you won't crit enough.

i think this is pretty obvious and i don't like to repeat myself all the time. as i already mentioned, i fought many times with guild mates or other archer with crit 10 +7 bow, we both fully farmed at lvl 80. my hp was never below 10k. and remember: i don't stand still, but i also use my skills.

dude, you base your info on watching other people pvp?? don't you already know it's all about gear and weapon?? even a sun user will not win any match w/o good gear. this little boy log into ksro with his noob character..watch other people pvp and determine best build..wow...!

and where do you do all your research? youtube and watching people pvp and come up with a conclusion?

let me guess this right...you have no arguments because you're ignorant or just plain dumb - your concept of this game is if you have 1337 gear eg. chinese full sun and can spam a few buttons = winner! ???

i also have personal experience from pvping against people with heaps better gear than me and i still win most of the time.

mate all you're doing is posting blank arguments (more or less you have none) because you cannot even explain why a full sun gets pwned by 1h/warlock, 2h/cleric, warlock/cleric, rogue/cleric, rogue/warlocks as an example.

with you just answering my questions with another question proves this!

i think bow becasue they can cast fire wall and still shoot.
with fire wall warror cant knock you back or down and warlock cant cast what ever they cast
but what ever you do what you like this is just my suggestion

i won't do an overall comparison of all possible builds and weapons. if you wanna know more or if your build specifically is doing well, try it yourself.

Warriors are the pwnage. I have to switch weapons use shield trash to interrupt atks or get dull on them. I use sprint to close the gap between myself and the OPP. Get dull on them switch to 2h ~> War cry I still have about 25 seconds to Kill you before dull runs out, switch back to 1h and go into God mode ~> Your friends try to interfere I pull up an Iron and Mana skin then switch to Staff and use Fear Followed by Bind, then I go back to you ~ Spam eh? Things get sticky I tele + 100% speed drugs ~> I'm gone. Then I invis and stalk - Then I come in with Daredevil! EARGH!

OT: At 90 and 100 cap, bow will be worth it because of KB spam. Although you can't kill full str with KB spam and If you get ganged there isn't much you can do. Also in a Jobbing situation don't be afraid to run - I'm a very cocky person but sometimes running is the only option. Take Cape PvP as a test of power and Jobbing as the application, what works in cap should work in Jobs and Fortress also - There won't always be a safe zone

I would suggest making a Csro or Ksro account getting 500 gold (to cross the JANGAN ~> DW ferry) and watch them PvP. You can learn a lot from watching people.

Use those two sites combined to make theoretical situation in order to see where each build has an Optimum.

My Line up:
Glaiver: The STR based Killer, he has dull and stun - can immobilize the OPP and because of the heavy hits (i.e.) most dangerous it will be the focus.
Nuker: The INT based Killer, as you can see Joymax is slowly making a shift from 1v1 ~> GvG. So dropping a weapon for Fire Ice and Light won't hurt you ~ It might help you (Unless you're going hybrid).
Bow: The Bow with Back to back KD won't kill you but he will keep you from attacking while the nuker nukes and the Glaiver Uses his skills. Starting around 100 cap the dragon flow technique (spear throwing) will be the glaivers strongest move ~> It is Vital you increase this when going against Bows. Their KB won't work 100% of the time, but two Bows and One glaive or Blade is enough to ruin any other group of 3 day.
The Blade: The Blader, I categorize the Blader as the God character. With a good crit (as with all str builds) The blader can kill you, not to mention at 100 cap it gets Stun, Fear, Impotant, Division, Dull, Bleed and It increases its Physical atk at the cost of the shield's Physical def. The Blade will be the most dreaded Chinese, but because of its slow leveling speed most won't use it.

With Pure Nukers the best Option would be Spear when Snowshield is up and S/S when it is down. Refer to the video, Make note the glaive ran away.

Builds:

Glaive: Hueksal/Fire/Light - Maxed
Bow: Pacheon/Light/Ice (or Fire) - Maxed
Blade: Bicheon/Fire/Light (or Ice) - Maxed
Nuker: Fire/Light/Ice - Maxed

^The Future is wild. If you're the type that is content with cape PvP then forget everything I typed about the Nuker

bowman. better dmg..... good def......... to add to it all u ar ranged....... garment/proecter Ice (<-- imbune)/lightning pashion bower is good (STR hybrid or just STR is good)

You really dont know what your talking about whatsoever. You lack information about what an archer truely has. Your trying to prove a point without knowing both sides of the story or in this situation builds. You cannot just have information about glaivers and immediately assume they are the best without gathering information on the other builds. Furthermore the usage of BOLD word and exclamation points only furthers proves my earlier comment about your age and immaturity.

Barotix, why dont use Fire/light/pacheon? instead of ice/light? dont get it, could you explain?

bow < glavier spamming SE and SS= very high chance of stun= no repot for few sec. use mars only when u think HP is low enough kill. this might look boring but any glavier to try and u will see the results lol.

even blade got more and more status, they will still remain weak. why? just think about the probability, on which u get the status u want. for example division: how many times do you get it in pvp, when u use the chain? during two min, no int s/s could spam more than 3 times division on me. this is the same with stun. the "weakness" of the chains concerning getting the status u want (eg division, stun, etc.) lies in the low probability. while u stun ur opponent many times as a glaive using soul spear, because thats the only status u can get.

The probability for stun at 100 cap for glaive is only 30%. The probability for blade stun at 100 cap is 20%. Granted you have two moves you can spam to get stun; the blader only has one stun move, but its not only the stun. At 100 cap the Blader has 3 chances to cast bleed, one chance at 51%, 2 other chances at 20% and 1 chance to cast impotent, division, stun, dull, and fear. At 90+ cap the blader gets crit increase on stab couple that in with bleed and 50% damage from stab ~ you got one dangerous character, and if he activates his shield buff then you're in some serious trouble. There is a very high chance the blader KD and the Blader stab will do higher damage than the glaiver GS and FD (at 100 cap flying dragon becomes the glaivers strongest move) at 90 cap + and if their new skill works the way I think it does, then the lucky few that have Bladers will rock everyone's world.

well i know that the discussion is not really about how good builds wil be, but i dont think u can say one build is better then the other its all even. Anybody who says bow will own everyone it exagerating a LOT i mean the kB is really good BUT bows need that to survive. And it is really hard for a bow to kill a full str or a S/S nuker with snow shield is basically unbeatable for him. The shield crt ata reduces the crt so much i hardly get ever crted with crt 100^^. And the crt stat will be a lot higher at 100 cap BUT the crt of a weapon does not increase. What i want to say is that BOW will not be too good just use phanotm and stun with glavie or blader ob KD and he is in big trouble.
Glavie will be pretty good with the force masterie and stun at lvl 110 from force.^^

BTW Blader and PURE INT s/s will rock xD
