First of, hello all. Come back to Silkroad after a long break hehe.

Few question wondered if a few of you can help me :)

I started with my classic full str fire blader, which has done me well in the past but seems nothing compared to euro classes??? So basicaly im gona try the europeans.

Ok, wizard seems like a good hard hittin class, but i dont want to one hit, or be 1 hit. So im not keen on that. Rogue seems like a strong class too but again another thing i dont like is having to weapon switch. I'd rather stick to 1 weapon :)

So whats a strong build? or should i stick to my blader. I'd like to be good at PvP mainly, PvE doesnt bother me. PvP 1v1 and to survive fortress wars.

Any help much appreciated :D

Every build is strong, no one build overpowers the other. They have their weaknesses you can take advantage of. It seems you like pure str characters but dont want to switch weapons. So you could be a 2h warrior(Euro), amazing defense increase buffs but has a por delay like every other euro. Bladers fun but is the slowest lvling out of all the builds and arent much fun until lvl 70+. As for being strong in pvp, thats not a build thing, thats a player skill that people pick from pvp'ing a lot.

Keep in mind Euros hit harder, But chinese characters can tank much better.

If you dont want to carry multiple weapons then I recomend a chinese character such as the blader.

Cleric. It has bless (def increase), recovery division (basicaly a 5 second pot), holy word/spell (prevents statusses).

But then...You will have to switch weapons to get them. Cleric has more buffs, but they disappear when you switch weapons so they aren't really usefull unless you support someone else hehe

You can, but it won't help you much. Getting warrior sub just for the heavy armor is useless.

Valid subs for Wizard are:

Bard (for the Moving March and Noise)
Warlock (for the Debuffs)
and finally, probably the best,
Cleric (for Bless Spell, Recovery Division and Holy Word).

Bard is great for solo-ing, because of the speed and preemptive attack prevention (from noise). Warlock is a good sub. Check out this video:

Cleric sub is awesome, IMO. I've played my wizard/cleric to level 53. Bless spell and Recovery division allows the wizard to survive well in PvE, and avoid dieing to often.

It's your choice, in the end. It's all about what you like best.
:)

Go Warrior/Cleric

You are already used to shredding it up face to face right? Well, now lets try the power of a European.

As you may know, the warrior class receives 3 different types of weapons which include: Two-Handed Sword, Single-Handed Sword and Shield, and Double Axe. You dont need to pick all of these its really up to you. Personally i believe you should not even look at the axes because it is a rounded weapon and i dislike them so much. They do low damage and give little defense when compared to the other warrior builds. The choice is truly your's, i can just give you an opinion.

Now this leaves the question, 2H or 1H/Shield. My personal choice is both, simply because the European characters are made to be in parties. The warriors job is to take damage and protect his allies. Basically, you are a human shield. :) With the 2H blade, you will do the most damage of all possible warrior builds. As a 2H warrior, you will do tons of critical hits and truly dominate your opponent. They will be defenseless against your unstoppable power...unless they block. Sure you attack kinda slow, but you can rape them with sheer power.

Now the 1H sword and shield is a great tanker. You do the lowest damage of all European classes, but you just wont die. You get high defense with a shield as an added bonus to help you survive. I am not sure if a Chinese Bladder does more damage then a European 1H/Shield, somebody will have to provide this information.

Now lets cover our sub-class shall we? You can choose to be Bard for extra speed (I dislike the idea of getting bard for a warrior. Sure the speed is nice, but Noise IS USELESS TO A WARRIOR! Our job is to get mobs to attack us, not run away) or you can go cleric. With Cleric, you will be an even more unstoppable machine. You can recover your hp if it ever gets too low for comfort. That the basic idea, you recover your HP quick so you will hardly die.

Here is a link to an awesome 2H warrior...although this player chose to pick bard as a sub-class, he still rapes in PvP.

Awesome music by the way.

I hoped i helped. I just made this character and love every second of it...or will as soon as i am done farming. I am a 2H/1H/Cleric. I change weapons based on the situation at hand.

Make a chinese! Their the best!
I mean c'mon, Wizards are too unnatural, lvl 38 can 1 hit ko lvl 43 creeps or sumthin, whilst Chinese have reasonable dmg and don't die in 1 hit!

Wizard/Cleric
Whats the point in having recovery division if u get 1 hit ko anyway?

If u go euro, I recommend Xbow rogue/Cleric or Bard
Xbow is really good at lvl 50, with the constant kb and kd, creeps hardly touch you!
On my rogue, I kill creeps my lvl before they even get close to me!

warrior is a good decission!!

I play a 2h warrior/cleric and I have to say I love the build nice stron attacks and nice def.

Also I want to say is that duel axer isn't that bad as they say, they are pretty good pvp builds although you won't see them a lot.

I also saw a 7D 1handed warrior kills a 8D glaivier in job war so 1 handed can do pretty nice damage.

Goodluck with your char!
