nothing to say on the hybrid part, people say to go pure but it doesnt matter much, wizard will still kill in a hit being hybrid

but better to go cleric for the light armor and get something useful out of sub
and wizard runs out of mp too fast in heavy armor with no bonus

the armor defences are pretty close between heavy/light/robes, at least not so much like chinese

So how are you getting the heavy armor if your sub is cleric? Do you mean light armor?

Euro Armour is based on your lvl of mastery. you'd need to up warrior to cap to use heavy all the way up.

ya lvl 1 warrior will only let you use lvl 1 heavy armor. So if you want to use heavy armor, you will have to level it all the way up. But if you have cleric than you can wear light armor

I've known a couple heavy armor wizard, one 60+ and one 77+. Both figured it wouldn't work out so they took robes/light armor instead with another mastery. Going as a hybrid wizard isn't so bad itself either, specially if your cleric sub.

+1

I tried that HA thing for a bit..but came to the conclusion that wasting masteries and sp on warrior was pretty stupid..also wizards cant take lots of damage so once someone approaches you (with you having no chance of 1-hitting them)...you're dead..with or without h.armor...for that same reason too ionno if hybrid is a good thing...700-ish hp might not make much of a difference in pvp...pve maybe..ionno.

I'd make a new character, you screwed that one up. Wizards should be either pure int or at least a 90% mag balance hybrid. Get cleric as subclass and wear light armor, that should do you well.

Warrior/Wizard? :banghead:
