They are both very god build, but I think glavie will be better in the long run cause I hav seen some vids of ksro warriors vs. glavies at higher caps, even though they r pretty evenly matched, glavies comes out on top a little more often. Although, warriors are better in parties than glavie.

kSRO videos suck. They can't do anything, and spam shit. Don't trust PvP in kSRO Videos, they show NOTHING.

Jobbing is PvP... Anyway 99% of the kSRO videos I watch are either 2H kills Glaive or Glaive has someone there to back him up. I've played a 2H/Cleric and can say that I like the build because it is godly in PvP but it also can grind well solo and in parties. You can also use only the basic skills of Warrior and farm a butload less SP than a Glaiver.
And BTW it's Glaive.
Also, look at some more kSRO players PvPing. You'll see that they play well and if you think any other way then you are the one playing bad. For Rogue though(Since most will still be like they fail lulz), they are playing smart. Most of the things I have seen are like KD -> CE -> Intense Shot -> Distance Shot which is a smart strategy for XBow only, which is how kSRO is because no one needs pussy dagger rogues when they have Glaivers and Wizards.
And we already discussed in other threads that Shouts are good for PvP just no one uses them in iSRO for some reason. To many people are obsessed with statuses and huge damage to bother with Shouts usually. But in reality, they are the better followup skills for a nuker they just provide less protection to the user which is where more masteries come in to play.

have to agree with blood. not turning on ce untill after you get kd is really a smart thing to do. and as for shouts after nukes, i have seen ppl do it on isro, just that there are few of them. i always found it useful to put in between nukes. why? burst damage is great and considering there is basically no cast time, and at later levels you get 4 of them. when you done shouting you can always renuke.

i do the opposite with xbow :S lol
CE -> long shot -> turn off CE ->KB 75% ->KD -> KB again if KD fails -> KD again -> DD -> prick

if both of them pvp, most likely its a pot fight warrior cant kill glaive wif 25-30% snow shield(2 min) glaive cant kill warrior wif skin and then blessing (45sec +45sec = 1.5 min) after that 2min during the cd period, whoever crits more wins glaive has higher chance though w/o pot delay

In all the kSRO pvp/jobbing vids I have watched, never have I seen a euro use a subclass during pvp; i.e., a warrior/cleric who uses holy word/spell, recovery division, bless spell, and heals themself while pvping. In iSRO you see rogues using xbow to knock down then switch to daggers to finish the job...never have I seen anyone in kSRO do so. Never have I seen in kSRO a warlock who debuffs first, puts their opponent to sleep then changes to wizard, puts life control/turnover on then 1 nuke their opponent. Simply, I'd have to say kSRO sucks in the smart usage of euros department, nor can you generalize, just because they're korean that they'll be better at something '~,~. But IMO, go euro. Hell, a Lv72+0 1h sword does more than a 72+5 glaive (physical damage only; glaive's both). If you can get some good +5, fully blued gears and a +5 or more 2h sword or 1h sword you'll do fairly well in pvp. The 2h/cleric build is a beast in pvp if used correctly ^,^

Which is definitely not how it is. Plus you show your stupidity even more in seriously thinking that Warlock/Wizard is a good build. Why debuff someone when you can 1 hit them already? Meteor with Life Turnover is a 1 shot to everyone except for a Hybrid Spear Nuker(W/ Garms) or Glaiver with their Snake Spear buff on. And I've never seen anyone good use XBow to knock someone down then switch to Daggers to Prick them... That is yet another waste when instead you can just Prick + MW... And I have seen Warriors with Cleric buffs on in kSRO but a Warrior switching to a Cleric Rod specifically to heal themselves is not only stupid but probably won't save you, but a Healing Cycle after using Bless Spell is a pretty normal thing to do if that's what you meant...(And most Warriors in kSRO are Warrior/Bard...) kSRO is smart with Euros. They use them for the exact reason they are their. Deal huge damage and support parties. All you are thinking about are the 1v1 parts of Euros which is definitely not how Euros are supposed to be played. They can indeed play that way but they are far better in parties than they are in 1v1.

All you are thinking about are the 1v1 parts of Euros which is definitely not how Euros are supposed to be played. They can indeed play that way but they are far better in parties than they are in 1v1. ya i don't overly get the warlock/ wizzard myself seams like a waste to me, then again the stun then nuke and the sheild defense to make sure you will one shot your target makes sense, i don't think its for the debuffs as much as it is to incapacitate them first. But when i pvp on my rogue i just use daggers most of the time. For one its better against other rogues because other rogues like to use prick on their first strike and if you have desteatlh and see them coming wounds and that blue icon spin move the first one you get, not the 40 one, makes them dead because you'll hit faster then they do and its enough to kill. You can't always generalize the best for vs everything, depends on what you are fighting, though the other combo thing hits fast enough too to kill them during a prick the lvl 40 one (i can't think of the names right now for some reason) if you have multiple targets i'd use the combo move on 1st target then wounds on 2nd. If a chinese or a warrior prick combo wounds, at this point one of us will be dead. But hey every one has their way of fighting it either works well for them or not, if it doesn't they die, so no real need to flame. Ksro people think and act differently and people have learned to adapt to this environment. But i have seen a video of a 1 handed warrior/ cleric doing some real ownage on ksro video before we go euro ourselves, he would heal himself and switch back to 1 handed. I don't like cape fighting i only do cape fights to determine just what i can do so i know what to do when i go jobbing vs a certain type of oppenent. Learn what you can and can't do and you can do well either build, i see more 2 handers killing glaives on venus myself. Another reason people in ksro probally don't want to switch away from 2 hander alot to cycle , is because you loose your physical attack buff and have to recast, its amazing to do while grinding vs a higher lvl giant a good way to beat the pot delay, not sure how effective it is in pvp but with maddening or daredevil using hp instead of mp to cast it could be halfway decent. Asayumura is a 80 2 hander if any one knows it'll be him

They can indeed play that way but they are far better in parties than they are in 1v1. Lol just lol...I don't need assholes like you depiecing every little thing someone says and be a total know-it-all, jerk about it. If you can't put anything decent, I think you should just stfu or not post; it's people with personalities like yours that make communities like this just plain suck. You can't know anything that I've seen/experienced...I'm just here trying to shed my knowledge and information on a possible build for someone who's in a rut. Wizard/Warlock is a great build, maybe if you played it yourself you'd know. If you read over what you put "why debuff when you can 1hit except..." you debuff them then put them to sleep, and anyone will be a 1 nuke kill regardless while debuffed. And a Rogue who uses xbow and daggers for pvp = wise...yes it means more SP for the build, but it's useful; you might think it's a waste but it's actually fairly good. Just because you haven't seen any 'good' rogues use this method doesn't mean it's totally inept. Trust me, it's fairly usefull (Use the xbow for KB then KD, then switch to daggers to get in quick damage). Also, I don't see how switching to cleric rod during pvp/jobbing is stupid, it can save you a lot of times. For someone who trolls as much as you, I see that the actuall "stupidity" isn't coming from my end whatsoever. And yes, in this sense I'm talking about 1on1 situations seeing as above posts were focused on that as well. Everyone knows that euros are meant for share parties and team play. Plus you won't always be pvping in teams, especially when you just want a friendly 1on1 match. In that case knowing how to use a char in pts and in 1on1 will come in handy. G'day ~

I bet you haven't played a Lvl 80 Wizard/Warlock either or a Rogue or a Warrior for that matter. I have at least tried 2 of the 3 of those and can tell you that what you are saying is a waste of time.

As I see it you basically have a class that will only help you when you 1v1 and is out matched by another class which also helps you in partying too. This guy said he doesn't care about 1v1 he only cares about PvE and Jobbing which are both Party parts of the game. He also doesn't care about Wizards as in the title of the thread he said "Warrior/Cleric or Str Glaive"... As far as the Rogue goes... It is just another waste of time. You waste the time to switch to Daggers when instead you can just CE and Distance Shot. Or you basically waste your time just to KD them when you can just Stealth -> Prick -> MW... Just use a Bless Spell and switch to your Daggers. And GL with that Healing thing. You dump almost all your MP for a heal that you don't get the Magical damage boost from. Waste of time you are probably just going to be sitting their waiting for a MP pot when you could have just used a Vigor Grain instead. You run out of MP fast as a Warrior even with just attacks. Actively switching between healings and attacks will easily leave you drained. And who cares if I haven't played a Wizard/Warlock myself. I bet you haven't played a Lvl 80 Wizard/Warlock either or a Rogue or a Warrior for that matter. I have at least tried 2 of the 3 of those and can tell you that what you are saying is a waste of time. Seriously, you need to grow up. I only mentioned those builds as a response to someone else's post. It wasn't really necessary to add anything further because foudre already posted the pros and cons of both builds. If you wanted to flame me because I didn't add anything to the overall topic, you're not one to talk either. Your posts were just flames. Please, either grow up or just not post. Your flames really aren't needed. Just like you stated, it's a waste of time. The whole grow up thing huh? I did make a post that directly contributed you just didn't read it I guess. What really happened is this. I defended the kSRO players because they no what they are doing. You come in here and say all this stupid shit and how kSRO players suck at Euro's, you've definitely seen them in game >_>..., which will mislead a bunch of noobs and stuff and I tell you you are wrong, harshly because I seriously hate Wizard/Warlocks and stupidity in general. And then you flame me back so I flame you back too. Now you don't know what to say and you resort to the good ole', GROW UP KID LULZ, thing. And I never stated flaming you was a waste of time. To me it's funny to see people get pissed off when in reality I don't care what you think at all, because 99% of the time the other person won't be right(Including you).

I only said that you were (so was I) acting immaturely, which is still appearant. Also, the reference to the waste of time thing was about flaming in this topic in general. This whole thing has just gotten out of context and hand. I could continue to flame back, and vice versa, but I think it'd be best to put an end to this frivilous matter by ending it nicely before this goes on anymore. Sorry, to the original poster and others for spamming this topic with the always useless dispute over opinion. Especially when opinion can neither be right, nor wrong. G'day ~

as for warrior/cleric or str glaiver if you're gonna be partying for jobs and stuff id think warrior/cleric since the warrior party buffs can help

NEVER ever ever ever
base something off of ksro vids in terms of pvp worthiness. Saokill is right, those koreans suck major $hit in pvp. their warriors also have only lvl 70 skills, notice how non of them do daredevil except for the most recent sro pvp4 within the first minute where the warrior completely RAPES a glaiver with daredevil after a sprint assault.
ksro offers the worst pvp known to silkroad. it just looks cool cuz we want what we dont have. (the updates lol)
anyway, a warrior/cleric rapes a glaiver any time of day. Even if the glaiver is full sun it falls to its knees.
and btw the 2hander must be in ROBES. ditch the armor and get robes for less mp consumption and stronger heals due to the Faith passive.

Name one thing that is bad about them and I'll tell you a good reason for why they do it. And trust me, none of you have even seen them PvP enough to say much about them if all you do is base it off of a few videos you saw.
