 Post subject: Fire/Light/Cold vs Fire/Light/Force etc

With vital spot skills and a future stun skill for force nukers, i need some final advise on what to choose for my pure int s/s nuker "120% balance".

I know people will say go Light/Cold/Bicheon, however i have already decided this is never going to be my build, everyone tries this build and is very common, i am very aware the kd+stab is handy, as are the chains etc, but this imo is not all too great, for my style of play anyway.

Fire/Light/Cold was my initial build idea before i found out force can cause stun, i get max snow shield, max dmg nukes "Nuclear Launchpad ftw, i will have full sox gear also and maintain my 120% balance" and the two biggest nukes in the game for chinese nukers. The extra mag defense and phy defense buffs are pretty nice also.

And then the Fire/Light/Force build, max nukes and the vital spots to further enhance them, with future stun skills this build will shine in even 1 vs 1 pvp, i lose snow shield but i will keep it at level 30 for 90 cap, which is atleast a 20% shield "remember, full sox gear, i dont ever plan to tank either, i want max dmg"

I need advise please guys, i know i will die allot in pvp, however i will also be deadly and kill guys just as often, i know how to use this build and standing toe to toe vs a blader will never work, its all about using ur head imo with nukers you cant just stand still and nuke. Oh, i could go light/cold/force but my fire mastery is already 53 ^^

Fire:Light:Cold is pretty good. Has lonnger range nukes, then what I'm going to suggest, stronger damage without debuffs, Immunity, and Mag Def boost. It's a generally cheap build for SP if you don't get Lightning Nukes and just leave Cold at 60. Free Detects too but until you have nothing better to do then farm the SP for it they won't really be worth it compared to the buy able pots.

Light:Force:Cold, my opinion is Fire with Force is overkill, is also pretty cool. Has greater damage with debuffs, doesn't lose much compared to Fire, but the way the build plays is mostly centered along being good vs Giants and in PvP. You have to settle for lower damage while grinding, a weaker secondary nuke and shorter range. It costs less SP if you don't spring for the Heals and Passive than the Fire:Light:Cold. The Stun happens to make it pretty amazing at PvP though.

I lean farther towards the Fire:Light:Cold because it grinds better; has 3 separate nukes so you won't be using old ones instead; and most of the time it will be dealing more damage compared to the Light:Force:Cold and with Arrow/Bomb you have a strong follow up nuke so you aren't relying completely on shouts. But, if you really feel like 1v1 is important to you and you like to help out your team a bit then I suggest Light:Force:Cold. Overall though I would say in the end Fire:Light:Cold would be a lot more balanced.

Ok thanks, fire/light/cold it is then, i may try a force build when 120 cap is here however ^^ Next year i reckon we could see that, be it end of next year i dont care lol ^^

I hope this helps.

Force can and is going to be countered by calling friendly clerics to buff. Even with force and a fantastic +6 spear at level 80. you'll be hitting around 13k on an equally equipped and farmed glaiver. Thats without fire. Without force, you can probably nuke 8-9k depending on whether or not you use fire along with lightning. These are max values in the damage range. Its slightly harder for a nuker to level without fire, because most nukes are from fire. I'm positive the stun doesn't come until 110 cap arrives. In my opinion, you won't have the masteries to balance out at level 110 if you use force. Sure you can leave cold at 80, but you'll have considerably less phy def. I would suggest either Lightning/Cold or Lightning/Fire if you're planning for the cap increases that will come in a few years. If you're planning for the short term, perhaps Cold/Lightning/Fire.

Personal suggested pure int Chinese final cap masteries:
140 Cold
140 Lightning
20 Pacheon

or....

140 Lightning
140 Fire
20 Cold

or....

we'll have to wait for future updates for this "or"

I have to agree with white snow and I vote +1 for 140fire/light and 20cold that there would be a 1hit kill or 1hit and a half.. atleast i hope so.

True, whitesnow made some good points there ^^ and yes, teh force mastery has an 80% chance of inflicting stun at level 110 ^^ It's not a nuke btw though.

Force gets a skill that when you use it it stuns. Kinda like the warlock move.
