when will the item gift function be active and will item exchange ever be active?

nvr, the joymax team has deemed the isro players to corrupt to utilize such functions properly.

Ksro, Jsro, Vsro, and Csro have it. isro doesn't. Isro had it once, but as i said: the players did a lot of corrupt stuff (allot of CCF: credit card fruad)

so it will never be installed again? i mean you mean all the other sros didnt have ccf?? if they did theyre just like isro so why cant we have it sure theyre be liars but some people would really like to give or sell cash items for the poor or does sro even care about that?
