I'm a lvl 32 Pure INT with a SoS Long Halbert (+3) and a 9 level gap, but SP farming seems to be taking ages. Fire is my imbue and I'm farming at Earth Taoists and Earth Magicians right now, but I'm only getting 177 sp per kill and it's taking me ages. So I have a few questions;

1) Would it be stupid to be powerfarmed at Ongs at my level?
2) Would it be worth just starting a new charater altogether? (last resort, really don't want to do that)
3) Should I just wait until another level to start farming?
4) Where is the best place to Sp farm at my level?

Thanks alot guys =)

As you dont want to do a new char i suggest to go to lvl 40-42 and have lvl 31-33 mastery and get pfarmed at penons cuz they spawn good and they are 14-12 lvls higher ~ 11 is the best ~.
Hope it helped you.

The only problem with that is, I don't know anybody that would power farm me or anybody that's a high level... on Odin anyway. You think if I go to Penons and ask a few people they would pfarm me?

Well... sp farming requires alot of time , cash/good friends ... If I was you I would farm from time to time ... lv.50 at penons , lv.60 in cave , lv.70 at nanchals (if you're full int) and get to lv.80 and make 9 gap and finish farming ... Thats how I would do ...

I guess that you could look for parties,make a party named "Wtb plvl at penons",write a global that you want to buy plvl.
Otherwise i dont know.
Well you could do a new char cuz when you are done with the farm at lvl 16 its goes pretty fast up to lvl 32 again if you are a fast grinder.

Or you do as Nitro says.

Nice suggestions, but I'm just worried that farming at level 60 could go wrong and I would have to start all over again, putting a level 60 account to waste... what do you guys mean buy cash? You mean pay people SRO gold to farm me ? That sounds pretty decent since getting alot of gold is easier than alot of SP... how much would it cost?

I might just start a new char on the same account and server, that way I can switch between things in storage, so I get all my weapons.

One more question:

What is the best thing to do right now in order to get enough SP for the 90 cap;

a) Start again from scratch (create a new char)
b) Use the suggestions listed in this post and keep the current char

Thanks again guys, keep the suggestions coming =)

I don't think farming can ever "go wrong", it's just a matter of how much SP you get at what point. Some say it's best to farm at low levels, other say you should save it til later. My advice would be that you farm when you feel you need it. If you start to run out of SP and know you have lots of skills you wanna raise you can let a gap open up and farm a little, then close it again when you get bored.

I did some farming at lvl 35-37 with a 7 gap, then farmed again at lvl 64 with 9 gap for a month or so. I will have to farm a lot at lvl 80 though. But it's completely up to you when you prefer to do it.

I like that idea Rienne, keeps the game a little exciting as well because you're still able to level up now and then. I'll get 30k SP at level 32, start sp farming again at 42, then 52 and then 64. At 64 I'll keep farming for ages to prepare me for the 90 cap.

The easiest way to farm at higher lvls is to 0gap to that lvl and then used cursed hearts to dlvl to a instant 9gap. So you raise your skills to lvl 43, then just raise a mastery (no skills) to 52. Otherwise it takes forever to get to your ideal farming lvl. Since you are a nuker you will definetly want to take advantage of the nachal room around lvl 68. Probably the best farming room you will ever find.

Yeh I tried that already, levelling my masteries up and then using the cursed heart quest to get them down. Still costs a bit of gold though, not much. Thanks for telling me about that room btw =)

My opinion...

As a level 32 but with a +3 SOS, I think you should come over to the European side and kill a high spawn area of Punishers and Closiers (Level 30 and 29, in order of appearance). I think that you'll get the same amount of SP (Approx 177 SP with your 9 gap) but you will kill so many more than running 30 meters, kill one, another 30 meters, kill another, when you can stay in one general area and kill 3-4 in the time it took you to kill one ghost.

Is this time consuming? Hell yes it is?!
That why people turned to wusses and started botting.

But other than doing things that legits call foul on (powerleveling, botting, cash for trash), I'd say grind is the way to go...

Personally, I'll keep grinding...

But to answer the main question
I'd say keep a 9 gap and just no matter what keep going, you'll level slower but you'll be always fully farmed at that level! :P

I'll get up to 10k sp from Scorpions and then I'll come over to europe to grind on punishers =) With 177sp per kill, if I party I could take that up to 200sp per kill. Thanks for the suggestions guys !

Good lvls to farm at 42 - dead ravine, 52 - penons and then caves etc, maybe you could lvl up to 42 and farm then instead cause you dont even have nukes yet at 32 if youre farming now and it goes a bit slower.

I'll get enough sp to max me out at level 32, so I'll need to get around 20k sp and I have 9k just now, I'm currently farming around 1k per day so it's a very slow process.
