Alright guys, i'm a full str bower
w/ 80 pacheon 80 fire 76 light
my pach skills are all max'd out
my fire skills are maxed out @ level 76
my light skills are maxed at 76
i'm kinda bored of having this build..
so i'm thinking about deleveling down my light to get force?
i know a couple of bowers in persia that have force
and they do pretty kickass damage.
so i'm thinking about to same?
so what should my masteries be for 80 cap?
i'm thinking about.. 80 pach 80 fire 72 force and 48 light?
i heard that at 72 force, you can ress 80's and that's probably all i need
and i want the vital spot skills to do some pretty good status
48 light is all i can afford cuz i need 20 cold for 20% mana shield
so.. what do you think guys?

but.. for 90 cap.. i'm basically screw'd
should i even get force?

pach 90 force 90 fire 90 ice 30(given pure str)
use drug typhoon in pvp, juz no ghost walk, but thats the sacrifice u gotta make w/o light

alternatively pach 90 force 90 light 90 ice 30
wif force u do at least 2x normal dmg, so u can afford to forego that 10+% phy dmg incraese in fire and the fire imbue, and i like this build as 5 hit KB cd is real fast
cast all the vital spots --> 5 hit KB --> ghost walk away --> strong bow etc. --> 5 hit ---> ghost walk away , repeat until dead

actually, that's not bad to drop fire instead of light.
but.. what am i gonna do w/out the fire shield + magical def?
ima get owned slightly more by ints. O_O

pach 90 force 90 light 72 cold 20 fire 20, the rest of 8 masteries u can distribute urself to wherever u like

personally i think pach 90 and force 90 is a must
light 72 for last book lvl 1 ghost walk, cold 20 for snow shield, fire 20 for fire shield 20% (make 4 acc 20% each ice resist and 20% + 80% = 100% ice immune)
fire 28 is 38% btw FYI

but yea w/o fire u lose quite abit 100+ mag def...its up to u really

its basically
parry ratio + ghost walk (u need the range fighting melee builds)
vs.
phy dmg increase + mag def (u need this figting nuker)

u decide

PS: my personal opinion, str builds are harder to kill than int builds
when vs int, if u can survive their nukes aft casting all the vital spots, they are pretty much dead
i take ghost walk over mag def cuz it can decide between a win and a loss, ghost walking away to pot when ur hp is low really makes a diff
so my vote goes to light over fire (archer's advantage lies in its range)

and ur worst enemy will be rogue xbow
KB and KD which cancels ur casting of vital spot easily and u are vulnerable to their crits wif only 20% snow shield and nothing else

Imo pure str really doesnt need ice. So I think u should go 90pach/90force/80light/40fire. 40 fire will get u status immunity up to effect 50, a 5% phy damage increase, an increase of 18 for magical defense, and the passive will give u a 4% increase in damage.

P.S. I would love to know how force works out for u because I was thinking of making a force bow too.

dun post if u nv even try it before, there are force bowers ard doing good



rogues and warriors and glaives hits hard even on pure str bow (assuming in garm), 20% snow shield would be good and force already doubles or even triples ur damage compared to non force bower so the % in phy dmg isnt that significant IMO, survivability now becomes the key

If you dont know what you are talking about please dont post... With the status skills in force, damage increases significantly.

I know one force bower and also one force full str glavier the full str glavier (WaT_iT_dO on tibet if you know him)he kills sun owners quite easily.

But if I had to make a choice, I would rather go with >> Pacheon 90 Fire 90 Light 90 Ice 30

Wouldn't it be a option to go 90 fire, 90 pacheon, 90 force, 30 lightning? You'll be somewhat slower, but you'll have more defense and damage. The only thing is that you'll use snow shield...

How would he use snow shield when he doesn't even have ice?

Anway, I saw a blader with this build (but without the 30 lightning, he just had 30 points left) and he did some pretty good damage. That is, for a blader. Might as well work out for a bow, although the speed is more important for a bow than for a blader.

nowadays, pure str usually have 25+% snow shield on and int always 50+% snow shield
so unless u are sure ur force bow can 1-3 hit some 1 wif snow shield on, u can skip ice...but i strongly doubt so, when u cast vital spots, u need to tank abit, so the 20% snow shield is good

and there is no point in taking light 30, if u really want den juz skip the whole light tree and tk drug typhoon in pvp

as i explained earlier, its FIRE mag def, phy dmg buff vs LIGHT ghost walk, parry ratio, your choice, but i will pick ghost walk over that 150+ mag def (explained earlier 2)
