Change your ip? OInly way that can happen is if you pay to change it or are on a proxy server.
Oh, and phpbb forums have many features...

If I want a new IP, all I need to do is change my MAC address and the school assigns me a new one.
also, there are plenty of free sites that let you browse the internet with a proxy

I know what i am talking about.

3. If have modem, login and release the IP
DSL
Turn off for about 10 minutes
Swap Modems
or go into your router and release
only time you need to pay is if youre a webhost and you have to go through all this mumbajumbo

I can sign on from many different IPs without a proxy.
I can also proxy to where you will think I am posting from China, USA, and Korea all at same time.
