The point of fire wall is not that it takes a hit from int, but that it takes several hits from str's. With maxed fire wall at 100 it can take around 3 kb skills from a bower. Enough time to get 2/3 nukes running which usually kills them if they have bleed and maybe division. Would like to add as the caps progress even further and firewall/icewall gets a huger absorption rate. If 100->105 cap damage isn't a huge increase of damage then the new firewall would be aiming towards 'godly' imo. Since it goes up to the mid 90%s.
Icewall is useful against warriors believe it or not. Reason why it's so useful is that it can take a hit fully and you take no damage at all. You can be a **** and just keep putting it up when you're low and you can go straight back to high hp since it can take 1(maybe 2. Can't remember) hits.
