is that why it atracts so many people that are against paying money for gaming?

well, i think its joymax's service to us "customers".That is if ur relating to SRO of course.I think almost 60% ppl here in srf.com isnt really happy abt the service joymax is givin us.Bots etc ( ccf i believe is bein taken care of as we speak ).Basically most of us play bcoz we hav lots of friends in this game.Just like how u play fps , u need a team , u dont have one u either leave or join another.I guess u can relate to that.I personally dont mind spending $$ on gaming , i've been gaming for 7 yrs now.Well to say the least it isnt affecting my social life ^_^

PS : Please dont flame me

They don't have to provide any customer service what so ever. We don't pay for the game. Sure, some buy silk. But say someone comes into my full serve gas station but doesn't want any gas. They don't wanna BUY any of the services that we have to offer. All they want is for me to clean their windshield, for example.

I do have to clean that windshield, but I damn sure don't have to do it in a timely fashion, or try my very best on it, or make that vehicle come before other paying customers. Once a customer for gas comes in, I'm dropping the non-paying customers project on the spot.

EDIT: Sorry, had a customer :P .
My point is that we have no solid grounds to demand good customer service on. Period. Sorry, but that's business...

BTW, the more money a business takes in, the further it prospers. Again, this is non-arguable, it is simply business. :) So buy silk if you want improved service. They can do nothing with limited funds and employees.

If joymax doesn't provide any service...........then we might as well not actually play the game and just all bot because no service will be made against us....or botters. Too late, it already has happened. Too late, too many botters are "dedicated" and have bought silk for SRO to completely ban and lose money. Face it, it's true, bots or botters are here to stay.

Wrong, good service makes good business. As you can see, people are fed up and leaving SRO business and going to WOW service.

Improve the service and word of mouth increases business.

I've noticed that so many SRO players are violently against paying real dollars/euros

I stopped after reading that part.

Why is it only dollars and euros are listed?

How about :

GBP (Great british pound, pound for short - rule brittania!)
YEN

and other currencies i dont know?

right, he was just making a point there. Had nothing to do with any country, just money in general. And since Euro and Dollar are one of the most used currencies I think he made a right choice to pick those too.

ownd, ty

And I do pay for online gaming, just not offline. :D
Torrentz ftw

And about the sro v wow money thing. I spent $300-500 (to lazy to look it up) during 5 mths of sro. WoW at the same time: $50 (bought the game when it came out) + 14.99*5 = $124.95
Hmmm...... :P
