Did anyone blow up Megaton, by the way? Curious as of how many of you chose to be a meanie.
I chose the path of the saint who suffers from sticky fingers. I wanted to see the town blow up but there were too many goods to ste.. I mean borrow. On long term. Without permission of the owner.
What do you think? lol :d
There's a decent reward for blowing it up, and there's a lot of stuff to borrow from the Tenpenny Tower as well. I also killed both Burke and Tenpenny after blowing Megaton up lol. And it's strange to get back to Megaton and see that annoying woman who gives you quests for her book, and she's alive (as a ghoul though). Why herrrrrr
I don't know if blowing it up that satisfying though, you just have another irradiated area, some money, and an apartment in Tennpeny Tower which is pretty useless if you kill Burke.
Never had any NPC henchmen on my side (guess it's because of my karma, not even that supermutant henchman wants to join me wtfff), but never really saw the need. Playing this game on a computer is such a charm, manually shooting things can be a lot of fun and sometimes much more effective then VATS (especially in shooting some enemies with lots of HP, say Super Mutant Masters).
