I rerolled an ether. Having fun with it.
Edit : Do try the ijji's version. The community is great there. Very helpful and know what they're doing. U'd rarely get lost and u'll lvl up fast. There are absolutely no mindless grinding. Only quest and quest and quest. U could gain couple of lvls just by meeting this and that npc.
A little tip. : Curret cap in ijji's version is 70. I heard they'll update it on December. Current favorite class is Dragon Knight - Dragonic because of its owesome tanking ability when transformed and Elementalist - Circle for "Magic Shield" skill. Do keep in mind ur armor depends on ur stats. If you fcked ur stats up, u could be running with low lvl armor. U have 5 chances to reset ur stats until u're lvl 40. Try reading guides at ijji's forum. There's plenty of guides to help u choose ur build, which skills to get, which one sux, which stats to put etc..
Do give it a try, my ign is "Aleesya". I'm a pure ether elementalist.
One more thing, this game doesnt have mana pots and they dont have bard. Lol... Circle elementalist do have mana healing or buff skill i heard.

I'm gonna assume you should invest in only 1 or 2 elemental masteries? It doesn't seem you'd have enough for all.

For passives, i only invested in Earth and mana regen. Since poison thorn and vines, 2 of the best skills in ether are under earth.

Np, a little warning though. U wont have any quest after 60. U'll be running missions after missions to lvl up.

I google'd Hotspot Shield, and downloaded it, but it was kinda weird, after I installed it lots of pop-ups started coming, then I turned it off and they were gone. :\

I dont have popups when using hotspot shield. Only the thing above the reactor when u're gonna log in. U can close it though.

Meh, idk what's wrong with u guys that keep having errors. A little summary of the game. Easy lvling, quest misson quest misson until lvl 60. Then u're gonna do Erich mission repeatedly or go grind in groups on the last map to get to 70. Unique item are called divine. U need to know how to balance ur character. Want more power / skills? U gonna have to wear lower lvl armor. Want more def? U gonna have to go for lower lvl skills. That's why divine items are great, the requirement is low so u can have more def and better skills.

im confused if i should play the jiji one or the webzen. Im from australia and if i did play jiji would they eventually block that shield thing and i would have to start playing webzen version due to them blocking aussies from jiji? Also do u think it is a very good mmorpg or is it just another one of those average mmos?

im not sure about cap update but a new class sounds pretty awesome to me!

extremely fast exp (from quest), great graphics, interesting skill animations, so-so GUI, overall a great game if you don't have much time in your hands. still a young game but with the update coming up it should be easy to cap.
my personal take: I got to 70 in about 2-3 weeks playing about 2-4 hours a day (maybe longer on weekends). it's great if you have friends to play with (at least 3-4 at the lower levels) and definitely a refresher from SRO. Community is steadily growing (most people are high level by now). Skill animations might seem laggy at times but, it's really nothing to nitpick about IMO.
so if that's your type of game then i say go for it!
