Hopefully they'll ban 300+ per server, it'd be best for everyone including JM. New players who can actually connect = more potential revenue

The previous bot banned only have ~30 gold spammers per server.....now in one week Joymax will be able to find 500+ goldbot per sever LOL.

I lol'd... why would they ban their biggest money makers (Bots) and take a chance with new comers maybe buying like 10-20$ silk and then stop buying silk...they made this game to make money free or not.. and thats exactly what they plan on doing..

I meant goldbots, I thought that would be obvious. (The ones that don't buy silk, which is a lot)

it is a really big update and any other update where we needed a new client they did a mass ban(better then the weekly ones)

so yes i think there will be a mass ban.. not more then 1000 per server but maybe like 250 350 in that area.

I'm guessing their experiment with babel showed that banning bots didn't increase their revenues so I highly doubt they will ban any silk buying bots.

This is what I think will happen over the next few weeks.. Joymax will ban 200~600 bots for a couple weeks. Just to get the servers somewhat easy to log in and hoping that they'll somehow get new members. After a couple weeks then its back to the shitty omfgz we banned like 20 random lv 1 accounts!

i dont think you will have that much time. the new bots out now will be out a few hours after the update, probably like 6-12 hours.
think about it, goldbots never reach the cap, they dont really have to change a lot in terms of the goldbot clientless program, just change it for the new client version.

OT: i think they will ban more...but they will be only goldbots

IP ban doesn't do anything except ban everyone at internet cafes and make people reset their router.

I am thinking prolly not. Because if they do a massive ban, then it will make their profit drop =[ They might ban gold bots but that's it.
