So, i was contemplating on either going back to WoW or Everquest 2 in december but thougth "what the hell" and decided to throw a 3rd option into the mix. Im currently playing the lotro 14 day trial. So far its going good, seems like it accomodates pretty well for the solo player (i dont really have the time, patience for guilds 'n' whatnot, i rather play when i can rather then when everyone else can). Im level 9 and ive only seen 4 other people so far :O

Anywho, i just wanted some opinions on how it shapes up later in the game. Im sure someone here must of played it before, im pretty sure draquish did.

Im already slightly annoyed with it though. You can play the first couple areas of the game before you finish downloading the whole thing but it crashes if you find any special items (like yellow equipment). Im guessing because it hasnt been installed yet so the client dosnt know what to do. Anywho, it caused me to die at one time which means i cant get the rest of the titles for not dying. I only managed to get "... the Wary" :( I wanted to get "... the Undying" which you get for getting to level 20 without dying

LOTRO was an amazing game (IMO).

I miss it dearly. I  'd the variety of tasks in that game. I haven't played since OB, so I can't tell you how the game stands ATM.

I don't quite know if its my blurry memory, but I'm comparing this to WARHAMMER and I'm more attracted to the latter. O_o. Must be the fact that I've never played WARHAMMER. Bleh.

I've never had any crashing problems with it. Been there for a little over 3 months. Love it. Great community (not as much drama, could be a good or bad thing)

Get into good pvp early on, buy a house, deck it out, buy a horse that you always have. Sit drink, play music, smoke weed  Don't get much better.

Good soloing stuff, epic instances, and great graphics if your machine can handle it ^^. I'm on Elendilmir server, ign:Aoeworth if you're ever on around etc, give me a buzz.
