For Love: lol
This is my humble guide about "What the f*ck should i buy for my heroe?" from my experience...
First of all, just to make clear; i suck at INT/MAG heroes. So, i'm used to STR/TANKS builds.
But no worries, since i play dota (and i have played with almsot 98% of the heroes [80% in HoN]) i know a bit what do Level up and/or buy.
Feel free to criticize me, just don't flame.
I'm more the surviving/half-Damage dealer type of build.
Ok, now. We started a game! Hell yeah, finally the HOST decided to press the damn "
Start Game" Button.
Now we are in the "
Select your hero" frame.
On this case we choose
Andromeda (Since you mentioned her when requesting this guide). Overall, a
ranged AGI heroe. I play with her some times, well... rarely. But yeah, she's pretty good. Her dmg + lower defense + stun is unstopable (and even better, if the enemie heroe tries to escape, you can use her awesome ULT).
We are in a 5vs5 game. Geez, pretty low gold we got here. (Aprox 603g)
Now, what should i buy in the start?
Back then, i used to buy a
Marchers (500g) and a
Heatlth Potion (100).
Oh, my... really newbies days. Then i used to buy
Soulscream Ring (460g) and something else (
Homecoming stone or
HP). But now, i have two options: Else i spend all my money on a single
Bottle (600g)(Pretty usefull, since the bottle will replenish after capturing a rune) OR (1)
Iron Buckler (250g), a
Mana Battery (200g), 1
Mana Potion (50g) and 1
Runes of the Blight (90g).
TOTAL: 590g.With those last stuff you can pretty tank some creeps, face/annoy some heroes and farm a bit for gold/level. Enough to get around 1.2k gold or so.
Around 8 or 10 mins have passed. You got some decent gold and/or the
BloodLust have already been done.
Then, the game have
just really started. For the next stuff i recommed to get for a AGI-ranged heroe is
Enhanced Marchers (1500g). With this, you get Extra MV and AS bonus plus the ability to 'run faster'.
At this time, we are about in levels 6 or 7. I usually get the Active Skills (Such as Stunners, Defense Lowers, etc).
If you got enough money, buy the rest pieces of the
Power Supply (you will only need 309 gold for the rest, since you bought the
Mana Battery at the begining).
The
power Supply helped me so many times that i don't remember. Try to save the more charges you can hold, then go gank/face/vs against the enemies heroes. If the gank/fight etc
fail, or you're trying to escape to survive, you can use those charges to avoid the penalty of dying.

But don't worry, i know this thing is only usefull at
early in game, so later in game we will sell it at the most near store. :d
The weakness of an agi hero is their HP. They are the 2nd heroe that will be targered by others, since they die fast because the lack of their HP (the first one are INT heroes). Since you have the
Iron Buckler, go get the
Helm of Black Legion (+1975g).
I forgot to mention, ALWAYS carry (when able) a
Homecoming Stone. It's usefull, trust me.
Now, you have a decent build, enough to survive. What's next?
DAMAGE.
The next thing wich can give you +38 dmg and +10 AS and grant the Ability to go invisible (plus a 20% MV) is the
Assassin Shroud. This will suit perfectly to most of the AGI heroes.
Because, not even gives you some decent damage, it will also save your life!
You just have to use it wisely. (:
Now we are in the mid-later game. I'm so excited, i'm wining and got some kills (lol!). Now it's time to get more serious stuff.
Those are
Wingbow and
Shieldbreaker. Those items will be hard to farm, so sell your 'no long usefull items' on your inventory (such as Power Sypply) and try, when you can, go through the forest and kill some
Neutrals Creeps. The Combination of those two 'artefacts' is
devastator.
Wingbow will greatly increase you AS, some decent damage and 30% Evasion and the
Shieldbreaker will provide you a huge amount of damage, because his passive lowers the foe's defense by -6.
Omg, pretty sure if a enemy hero is alone... go get him while invisible and surprise him from behind. His guard will be shattered and you'll add a kill to your stats.
You could get a Kongor kill to get the
Token of life? after getting those weapons or before them. This gives you an advantage.
Oops, my HoN crashed -_-. I think this concludes the guide.
Maybe you'll not agreed with me, but this is my self experience and thats how i win my games (with agi heroes). Maybe, there's a better build. No doubt, but i said i more used to tankers. So until next episodeee lol
Extra notes: Some people often buy the Thunderclaw early in game. That's a good option, since this artefact will aid you to farm. (specially to those aoeless heroes)
And others get some HP Steal artefacts. it's nice in a 1vs1 battle because agi heroes have a great AS.
Legend:
AS: Attack Speed
MV: Movement Speed
Noob: me =(
I'm not often buy/do the same thing on this guide. It's always depends my type of heroe and the type of the enemies heroes. etc
I am not responsible for the people who whine because this guide didn't work. Follow it at your own risk. 10k plýs menz
